One year later and I still love it here. They have gotten a bit busy and lost Kelly so appointments are highly recommended . Tracy is my go-to nail tech and will be until she retires! I've switched to Dip (blue nails pictured) instead of acrylics. They last up to a month of you're not too rough on your nails.

They were very obliging when two of us decided to get designs as well, though I did notice that as a rush came in, two of the nail techs did get a little rushed and let tiny mistakes pass, however, as a whole, it was good and the whole team was great. Jenny and Kelly worked on me (hands and feet respectively) and they were great! The salon was clean and the vibe relaxing.

Came in on a Monday afternoon 12:15. There were 3 workers. I asked for a pedicure as a walk-in. They were short staffed as one of the workers said. So I waited and was helped at 12:50. Kelly was the one doing my pedicure. She was cutting my toe nails and had trouble getting the skin out of the sides. She did my callus remover and used some cheese grating tool. She ended up cutting my right toe from doing it hard. She put some kind of powder on it and a bandaid. It's still throbbing at 7:30 pm. I've had two pedicures here and never had an issue. For some reason today was an issue. No discount for cutting me and expected a tip. $45 + $10 for gel which ended up being $55. read more

I stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago. After having been to several nail salons throughout Case Grande, Queen Creek, Gilbert, Phoenix and Scottsdale....I found Annie's. I read all the reviews on Google, Yelp...etc. good, bad or indifferent, and decided to make an appointment with Julie in late April 2024. After having tried gel and dip, I decided to try acrylics. I am vey hard on my hands and neither dip or gel seemed to last beyond a week or so without chipping, cracking or breaking. Sooooo, I had Julie do acrylic, and after a bit more than 3 weeks, I miraculously did not break, crack or chip not one nail. I could have easily gone another week or maybe two before getting them done but I hate seeing too much growth. I believe from all the reviews I read and from personally seeing the work of the others in the salon that they all do a good job. I picked Julie because she was the one that was named more frequently from all the others. I will only keep going to Julie because to me it is like going to a doctor...I like seeing the same person every time I go. I do not expect perfection from any nail tech but I expect to be heard and Julie listens and is very kind and gentle. PS I hate taking pics of my hands so I am only posting one of my nails today May 24, 2024. Thank you Julie I appreciate you and look forward to seeing you in a few weeks. read more

Customer service wasn't welcoming at all, Coming in from out of town to get my nails done and when i first walked in i was ignored rather then being greeted. Annie's nail salon is fantastic!! Even with 'just' a basic pedicure she used the hot rock massage. My gel toenails look 'fab' and she did perfect on the art!! She is substantially lower price for the best customer service! Reservations are best because she is duper busy. I did not feel rushed though! read more

They took in another appointment that came in after me, likely because they booked with someone specific. Left after waiting for 20 mins. * Walked in the next Sunday morning. Waited 20 minutes to be serviced (while other appointments walked on in.. I wonder why mine wasn't assisted the day before. Okay). * I needed a gel soak off so one tech wrapped my nails in foil. Had to wait another 20 for someone to take me. That's 40 mins of wait time just to start my manicure. * I was recommended builder gel to strengthen my nails. I've never gotten builder gel before and I wish I was better prepared for what all it came with (a longer appointment; more painful experience under the UV lamp). Needless to say, I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the whole appointment and just wanted it to be over. * This set was $95 (that is insane). They quoted me $65 for the builder gel set at the beginning and an extra $5 for the French tip. It was only at checkout did they tell me they also charged extra for the soak off. * Did I mention they did not do any cuticle care? Like, at all? * I needed an acrylic tip applied to a cracked nail. Less than a week after my appointment, it fell off. * I am now just a little more than a week post my manicure and another nail is breaking beneath the builder gel. TLDR: Wait times too long; Appointment priorities inconsistent; OVERPRICED; Poor quality.
