To add on to my previous review, another car parked in the very same spot I was parked in and I watched as A&G drove right pass the car that was parked where my car was towed and guess what they left that car alone! Smh it just goes to show that this company chooses when they want to tow someone and it's not because of the "parking rules" but because they are money hungry. I had them tow my Classic 61 Vette yesterday, through Hagerty. Took a little longer than I expected, (understand they had to call in a driver) but the driver Shane, was courteous, professional and most importantly knew about towing older cars. The company never showed up. They sent me something via text asking if the technician had arrived, and I selected no. Suddenly ETA was 1 hour later via text. 1.5 hours later, no one showed. I called twice and was on hold for a total of 25 min. Ultimately, I hung up as my phone battery was low. At the least, someone could have called to inform me of any delay. I called Uber and left my car to be towed to an auto shop the next day. read more

worst towing company ever. i parked in the correct parking spot in my complex and they towed it and wanted to tell me i was wrong. why risk my chances of getting it towed. they treat callers like they're idiots. happened two times. once with me and once with my dad. now when we call they don't pick up. and don't tow others that actually do park in the correct spot or those that do not even live here. I was connected with A & G tow service through geico roadside assistance. What a hassle. I don't understand why they had to lie and couldn't be honest from the start about how busy they were. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes for a tow. I called 3 times after the 90 minute waiting period and was lied to each time saying he was 20 minutes away or he should be there any minute. At about 3 1/2 hours I called once more and was told he would be at least a few more hours. Word of advise, If you're going to be longer then you say, just be honest. I highly do not recommend these guys. They'll leave you waiting on the side of the road with false hope. Thanks for wasting my day!! read more

Car was towed from MY registered spot. Property manager even confirmed! Everyone on staff is Rude! Still waiting on a phone call from last night! Was told $160 over the phone, got to shop and was told $183. Didn't receive a receipt and for you to be a business you should except ALL forms of payment! Just cash and no receipt sounds really shady if you ask me! How this place is in business baffles me! I also had to used them through geico roadside assistance was told an hour for help. Waited 3 1/2 hours to be assisted but, not before I coughed up $45 that geico didn't cover. His exact words were " I need the money first before I can hook the car up! I don't carry cash with me. Connected to them through Geico roadside assistance. They came quicker than expected. Lydia the woman who called me from A and G was extremely nice and helpful. The two truck guys were very professional and let me tell you, the day my car needed towing it was raining, sleeting, and extremely cold and my car was giving trouble unloading because of my driveway. At no point did they show frustration or gave up and completed the job with great excellence . And not a scratch on my car! read more

This company is unprofessional and I had a HORRIFIC experience. I was parked at a complex during a snow HOWEVER I had a temporary parking pass to do so, because it was snowing they could not see the pass, which then leaves them at fault for proceeding to place the car on their lift, as someone warned them as well. A family member alerted the person operating the machine to wait about ten minutes, and I would be there to move the car, although she had an extra set of MY keys, she waited for me to be present because of liability. Before my car even completely made it to their machinery, I was there to stop the driver from continuing. Oh boy did he continue, and because he did, I was now "suppose" to be responsible for the payment of $125. That did not sit well me, I ensured them of all the details to a woman (Silvia, or Sophia) on the phone from this company and her attitude was not becoming at all about it, she was very dismissive. I will absolutely will be calling endlessly to the property or this towing company for a refund, if no resolution is found, i will not drop this matter and I WILL proceed to take this matter to civil court. read more

My experience with this companies owner Gabriel was truly traumatic. My car was towed for being parked in an unauthorized spot which is completely understandable. I arrived and only had a simple question of how much I would have to pay to get my car out. He gave me a price of 260 and told me I could only pay cash and that he would not give me a receipt. When I questioned him about why I couldn't have a receipt he became extremely aggressive he started swearing at me and told me he'd run me out the lot if I didn't leave. Be warned. This is a highly suspicious company. While working out in the gym I noticed someone trying to break into my truck. It was A and G towing using those air bags on my driver side door and they almost had my door opened if I hadn't run out and stopped him. Another 5 minutes and my truck would have been gone. The company informed me it was a case of mistaken vehicle identity. Someone called in an abandoned vehicle and gave no plate or VIN number and my vehicle matched the description and location. Although the company apologized I find this totally unacceptable. How can a towing company provide a service without that information. I filed a police report, hopefully they will learn from this experience. read more

I was also connected with these guys through GEICO, I was also told 90 minutes as they were just called out on another job. I called to verify they had me at the right place so they could find me and was told he was on his way, which was a lie as he had not yet left. Turns out the driver had no idea were he was going. After two hours of waiting I called the driver back and told him how to get to me and he still kept driving the wrong way. The next time I called he wouldn't answer the phone. Then another hour later he called me back to say he took the wrong exit. What kind of business is this if they don't know where they are going? After 4 hours on side of the road I had to get someone else to tow me. What a waste of time trying to deal with them. read more
