I contacted Marco via the website link and even though he was out of town he messaged me and later called to verify details. We made an appointment to look at my car and discuss options. He showed up on time and was very specific and detailed on what would be needed. He confirmed what I expected, that the car would need lots of help to make it shine. He was understanding and helpful with my predicament. He knew his stuff, very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. I booked the detailing, paint correction (2 stage) and the 3 year ceramics coating. All I can say is wow, car came out great. Looks amazing, the way it should have been when I purchased it. After seeing the results, I also will be doing a monthly detailing to maintain the shine and gloss. I can honestly say it was a great experience from start to finish. True professionalism.
