What drops Ravishing down to two stars is that I asked the detailer if he repaired small tares in the Upholstery, he informed me that I did it was not the truth. The service was disappointing. Carlos had easy availability and texted me the day of service to let me know his ETA. He made it a little late - there was traffic - but got right to work. He was fully equipped with everything needed, Chemical Guys supplies, clean water, the full 9 yards. He recommended paint correction but I declined - it's an older vehicle - and there was no fuss. So he washed, clayed, waxed, then got to work on the interior. He cleaned and shampooed the carpets, making the leather look and smell new, even where my elbow sits and the backseats where my toddlers fling crackers from their car seats; and power washed my Weathertec floormats - I've been thinking about replacing them, now they look new again. (That, by itself, made his service cost effective.) When he was done, a little under 4 hours later, the car literally looked new again. I bought it used, so this was the cleanest I have ever seen it. And he was pleasant and cheerful and I was just so happy to have him working on my car. I used to detail my own car. With $500 of supplies and 9 hours, I could probably have gotten it to look about 85% as good as Carlos did. But why would I do that? After reading the some reviews I thought to myself wow this person seems to be someone who will provide a good detail. The problem is that people fail to mention how unprofessional and rude this person is. I had an appointment scheduled that was confirmed and I provided my address. Since he told me 12-2pm he will be arriving I decided to ask around 1pm to have an idea of when I should be expecting him. He couldn't wash the car in the garage due to security and was forced to move the car himself which incurred a "valet" fee which he didn't mention until time to pay. The car is off site once my wife gets off because of all the rescheduling and showing up late, so she had to wait for him to finish. Once she got home the car was nicely cleaned on the outside. Inside was nice on the top, but once I dug deeper he missed several spots. I texted him the pictures and he said I will pass by tomorrow and go over it again.
