Today, I came in for an online return however an advertisement caught my eye. Said print your wide format materials. Scott, was able to accommodate my order of 2' X 3' Prints. They turned out beautiful and I'm very appreciative that this UPS store in my opinion stands out above the rest. Upon my return Scott who had helped me in the person and over the phone was not there, but the other employees were and when asked if they could do two more large format prints prior to closing, they eagerly helped me. What a great place, friendly staff and for me the pricing was very fair.

When it's not great customer service, it'd mediocre, and that's fine. Staples recommends a 2hr window for print jobs, so the review that says "i took the time to email 6 pages," is down right silly. Taking the time and expecting a business to jump-to is short-sighted. The self-service machine is an excellent resource and the inability to learn technology is not Staples problem. As for the review that said they had limited selection, it sounds like you bought a whole lot at a discount, so probably be appreciative of that. I have found a great selection of supplies (love me some Martha), and have enjoyed my shopping. Be mindful of your reviews, people. We're all just people trying to live in a messed up world + running a business is hard.

An incompetent female worker forced me to pay the full $1.32 - 3 ounce shipping And…read morethen an additional $1.50 charge for each of my 1 ounce letters because the envelope designed by usps for shipping letters she deemed "too rigid" and said she wouldn't mail unless I did it her way as a "flat". In shipping thousands of letters a year I have never heard of this. Well they made it to Spokane and have now been pulled as "exceptions" and likely will never be delivered. Thanks! So to summarize, you CANNOT ship your letters here the correct way we outlined by usps because each of the usps workers here think "differently" about the rules and will pull and mark as return to sender. However, you do it exactly as they say and demand (which you know is incorrect), and they all get flagged in Spokane because nobody in their post office accepts the Missoula way of shipping which is 2.5 times the cost and forces your letters to be undelivered. This place is the worse. Do they even want their letters delivered?
