We happily pay as we go because we are getting results. SIDE NOTE: I pay $777 per month for MY Hometown Health insurance which I rarely use because let's face it...it is not really HEALTH care, it is sick care. (And I would NOT be without my SICK CARE insurance, so I can hardly wait for Medicare!) But Dr. Edwards and his amazing STAFF (who have all been doing their jobs here for over 14 to over 20 years)...provide what we consider to be REAL HEALTH CARE. Yes, you can come here sick and get better. But your options for REAL HEALTH CARE do not stop after you are well. Yes this office provides treatments that promote HEALTHY AGING. Why Age poorly if we can AGE HEALTHFULLY? I'm writing this review as my husband is having one of the most amazing treatments at this office. The picture of him on the EECP bed is below. Please watch the videos about EECP on YouTube and research EECP online if you are interested. And pick up the book that explains it all in detail. My wonderful husband is almost 83 and has a pacemaker and 2 stents. But he does not have angina which is why Medicare will not pay for him to have (otherwise Medicare approved and paid for) EECP. So he is having his treatments here. The results? His oxygen levels are now NORMALHis memory is almost back to normal already! His energy levels are GREAT! He is also having IV Chelation to further improve his circulation which also helps memory as well as heart stuff! I've included a picture of the room full of comfortable recliners that is the Chelation Room. It is often full! Today is a snow day so it's empty! I have spinal and joint pain that Dr. Edwards is treating with ProloZone injections. And yes I am much BETTER also! They do much much more here. We highly recommend Dr Edwards because there is much more that can be done to STAY HEALTHY AND AGE WELL...that Sick Care Insurance simply cannot provide you. After receiving an excellent plus (+++) facial from Lady Kayla (highly recommend her magic touch), I also decided to explore a few of the other services offered at IceBox...which, by the way, I call "the Box" now because it truly feels like home. I experienced both the leg compression therapy and the red light facial therapy, and they were the perfect additions to my self-care routine. The entire staff makes every visit welcoming and uplifting, and I always leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and a little more in love with taking care of myself. Dr. McSweeney took her time with me, answered all my questions, and best of all- she's not just a wonderful doctor, she's also a wonderful human being. I tried three times to use their on-line chat service by filling out a generic form and waited to be contacted as was told by their automatic reply. Nothing!! I tried texting and again no response! I finally just called and after being put on hold for a few minutes, finally spoke to someone. She said I would need labs done first. I told her my labs were just done three weeks ago. She said I could send those along and Caleb would let me know if they were sufficient. The next day, I received an email with the lab paperwork. I immediately replied to the email sending along my blood work then waited. I waited two days and replied to the email again. It has now officially been a week and nothing! No call, no email, no text, NOTHING!! I give up on this place.

I finally just requested the results thru a new DR. They dont auto update refills and You aren't allowed to call the office to request them. You can only use their online portal to request refills, but good luck finding it on their difficult to navigate website, with the constant chatbot pop-ups. Top this with the fact that you then HAVE to call them to remind them to check for your refill requests. I can go on for days, but these are the most frustrating aspects of this business. My advice, if you have the means, go to a more reputable location. This office is a SOLID example of you get what you pay for. It's amusing that my $50 mothly fee come out like clockwork, it is 100% the ONLY thing this office does consistently.

I had a ketamine treatment headed…read morefor Oregon Seattle and then on a cruise ship so when I got on the cruise ship, I had to put my phone on airplane mode so I couldn't take any calls I've had two major traumatic brain injuries, and one major concussion a year ago. These have been some of the nice people that I've ever met in my life so I called on the ninth which was Wednesday. I asked I said I haven't gotten a notice for my ketamine and she said you're good for the weekend. I said OK thank you so the phone call I never saw from when she called when I was on the ship on the fifth I came home I took Uber $37 one way I waited a half hour had taken another Uber home one way I called at 1 o'clock and I asked her what happened? She got a little snippy with me and said I called you and I tried to explain her that I didn't get the call and I have to tell you I was one of the first patients with pride ketamine two of the best doctors nurses PAs I've ever met, but my heart hurts because I got emotional three brain injuries. You would think that the staff would understand after all the years of dealing with patients so I talked to one of the lady's on the phone and I asked if I talked to Greg I was emotional so Greg got on the phone. Wouldn't even listen to me and I said I'm out and within 10 minutes they canceled all my appointments. They sent me a voicemail saying they canceled all my appointments that's what you call. Abandoning a patient. I look forward to these ketamine treatments every two weeks I don't knowI dont know what happened to Greg. If you look on another review, he has the same kind of pattern of being rude on the phone. But he did put an apology on them review and said he was sorry. So this is so heavy on my heart then I'll have to call the board and make a complaint abandoning a patient. You might not be able to get a lawyer to do something, but the board does not play around when it comes to abandoning patients you can't abandon a patient on the same day. PS I just want everybody to know. I'm just disappointed. I'm not mad at them because they're really good people. I think Greg might've been a little emotional and didn't know the whole story. These two men have built something from the ground up. I watched it while they were building it. They were going to Hawthorne barely get any sleep stand up late trying to help people sometimes I think they just grew so fast.
