Thankfully, he was so patient with us as we were very indecisive (too many beautiful colors and designs)! His calm, friendly demeanor and knowledge about their products allowed us to take our time to make an informed decision. Upon agreeing to move forward with their services, he and his brother, Seref were ready to install just 3 days after our meeting for the quote! The entire installation process took less than an hour to complete! They were both very professional and installed our blinds so quickly. I love the clean look. I stumbled upon Canadian Shade during one of my searches and low and behold within 15 minutes I knew what I wanted. The website is so well laid out with dimensions, options and pricing that I knew straight away what I required. A phone call to Canadian shade the next day was answered by Chris who was at a job site but put time aside to chat about my project. Another call was placed to Brenda and voila I had a quote within days to my specifications. The 19x12 foot Pergolino unit was dropped of months later as COVID was holding up the production line. I installed the unit myself and it is truly a wonderful piece of workmanship. Brenda actually managed to quote me on fabric for my 1980's older awning attached to the house. I tried in vain in Ottawa but the prices were off and people all around were not that helpful. They were very courteous and completed the job within a few hours. A few months later, we were having an issue with our wind sensor and thought it was broken. We called Canadian Shade and Chris was back the next day. As it turns out, it was just an issue with the battery which he replaced that day. No cost. No complaints. He was happy to help.
