The order process was smooth. 1- called to arrange a visit to see the product, colours and selection and for the measurement. 2 - The product was ready in 5 days and we scheduled installation. 3 - Installers came, texted to say when they would show up (and showed up on time). I had friends recommend this brand to me when I needed blinds for my new home and that s when I…read moreapproached them I find the staff and ppl at this particular outlet not very helpful Each time I called spoke with a heavy accent person who refused to give any information Finally I did go there and they handed me a paper for the measurements So they actually expected me to go back and forth freakin out with the window measurements They charge for sending someone home with the measurements as the measurement guys are not their employees and are a third party Being in the blinds business I would think it would only make sense for them to hire ppl for the window measurements From my phone call till now it doesn't make much sense They have a 20 % or 25 % discount on till Dec 1st and I'm still not motivated to go back and forth for a blinds quote I'm actually planning on getting my blinds done by another vendor Trust me haven't had a chance to even compare the prices with them as I have no quote from them yet Not going back here for sure

Will and have referred friends and family who were equally satisfied, hope this company doesn't start slacking off like many do in the future. --------------------------------------------------------------- Long version: I usually don't write reviews but I was quite impressed with this company, both with the products and the quality of service. I had reservations about letting strangers in the house during these times since I have a big family with 4 people in the high risk group, but Alex went above and beyond in maintaining as safe of a visit as I think humanly possible, I've had a few urgent repairs done in the house during the past year and he seems to be the only one who actually cared for our well being. Other than the exceptional approach to safety, the measuring, preparation (picking the blinds styles and colours) was done safely and quickly, we really minimized our interactions and time spent together and inside. The materials arrived on time and we booked a time slot for the installation. He came in, no nonsense, all the parts and tools were ready for a rather quick in-and-out installation. Blinds fit well, look beautiful, colours matched my expectations and everything fit perfectly (Alex gave a few tips colour-wise which I think turned out great). Price was also very competitive even though the products felt superior to me, I've done a bit of shopping around the past year and this company stood out the most. Most of the places I contacted felt like they were pushing old styles that fell out of fashion just to clear stock at supposedly discounted prices, yet somehow still a little too high in my opinion. I know that covid affected a lot of us but it felt like those guys were just trying to seal the deal before we even got an estimate. This company put the ball in our court from the start and that's where it stayed, no pressure, no mystery, just pure professionalism and great value. WOULD - DEAL - AGAIN!!!!!
