Before going in I felt a little embarrassed about asking them to embroider just two small things, but the people who helped me made me feel anything but embarrassed; they offered excellent suggestions and were just as attentive to detail and to me as I imagine they'd be for a whole sports team. I also assured them that while the anniversary was the next day, the last minuteness was totally my fault, and they absolutely didn't have to rush it just to make up for my procrastination. But! Not only did they finish the job in time -- they finished it the same day I came in, and gave me a courtesy call to let me know I could pick the aprons up. The aprons turned out fantastic, and my dad immediately put his on and couldn't wait to give the other one to his grandkid.
