We had a very last minute order but they were very nice about getting the shirts made in just a day. I worked with Helen and Grace. I'm updating my 5 star to a 2 star because we decided to use their service again as we were truly satisfied the first time around. Not so much the second time. Don't get me wrong the customer service is fine. They are always polite, efficient and respectable. The problem now is with the quality of the T-shirts. I had a very long email thread with Helen the designer about what we wanted. They were able to find the right font however when it came to the mock up, she kept missing the nail on the head. We decided to entrust in the processionals as we don't design and print t-shirts on a regular basis. I also kept asking for a T-shirt with a stretch but was quoted on just a basic Gilden T-shirt which has zero stretch. I was not told this until picking up the shirts and to my surprise the shirts were extremely stiff. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel about the T-shirt's we just had made. We had 50 T-shirt's made for around $500. I was told there was nothing they could do because the mock up was approved. The mock up I approved looked nothing like the T-shirt's and their answer to that was well you can't use a mock up to depict what the T-shirt will actually look like. Interesting. They also said because I was sick and they didn't get a response they quoted us on the cheapest T-shirt's but this is false. We were quoted before I got sick and then Helen was also away which is why the communication was lacking. I don't think we will be using their service again in the future. I believe accountability is important.

Sports Extra did exactly what I wanted and it turned better than I ever imagined. And they completed the job very quickly and the price was very reasonable. The owner Todd was very friendly and helpful and helped me decide on the size font and placement on the shirt. The font I wanted he didnt have so he downloaded it for me. His printing guy Rick also helped me on those decisions and had such a warm and calming energy I really feel like it went into our shirts and gave our performance good luck. Why?…read moreBecause I always see something with the Maryland Flag on it hung up in the window, whether it's socks, shorts, the state outline on t shirts. Let's be honest. Maryland is the bees knees. Awesome in every way, but especially our state flag. The combination of our state flag, unique shape, and general amazingness should be a point of more pride amongst our residents. In my opinion at least. So I like to rep Maryland hard. Anyways! The store is small and carries a lot of lacross equipment and a few other things. I didn't really pay attention to the sports stuff as I was just there for Maryland stuff. I got a t shirt that says "Keep Calm and Crab On, socks that have the Maryland flag design on them, and sports tape that has crabs on it" They were out of the Maryland shorts when I went, but the friendly cashier said that they'll have some in soon and directed me to follow them on Instagram. So I did, and about 2 days after I left, they posted a picture on instagram saying that they have more shorts. Good deal, I gotta go back and get those shorts.
