They were getting to be too much for us to handle, so we started shopping around. We received quotes from 3 different tree removal companies and ultimately decided to go with Tuttle Tree Removal. Not only did they have the best price, but they were very knowledgeable and respectful (unlike another company who blocked my car in all day while removing my neighbor's trees). They removed the front tree first and it didn't seem to take them long at all. They arrived at 8:30 and were done by noon! The other two trees had to be removed on a different day since Gavin needed to use the farmer's field and it had been raining. Once it dried out and he was granted the farmer's permission, Gavin and his team took out the two trees even faster than the first tree. They also chopped some wood for the farmer (so nice!). A week later they sent a guy out to grind all of the stumps down. It was taking him a little longer than normal because he was being respectful and trying to not destroy our flowerbed, so we told him to go crazy with it because we didn't care. I would HIGHLY recommend Tuttle tree service! Gavin and his crew were respectful and efficient. We have two more trees we need removed and we'll be sure to reach out to them next year.

So we asked the technician to consider using another treatment to address those specifically. After well over $1 thousand spent, we finally discontinued their service because they never changed the treatment, and the weeds spread throughout the yard. They may as well have been dropping sand on the lawn. It looked AWFUL! So, after a year's hiatus, we thought we would give them another chance. Unfortunately, the elderly woman running the office refused to bring us back as customers. She stated that we complained too much. That we were never happy. Funny - She never expressed concern when collecting hundreds and hundreds of dollars from us in the past. Now their "extensive notes" of customer interactions have them choosing to ban us as customers. How dare they! We paid for a service they didn't successfully supply. They came to the house spent an hour-and-a-half there did not pull any of the weeds that I had asked for they did a very basic lawn mowing they trim down a bunch of dry grass I had on the back and then left it on the ground without backing it up and there was tons of uneven places where there was still grass sticking up all over the lawn. I asked him to trim the bushes in the front of my house they trim them all completely crooked instead of just cutting them straight across and making the square top on my big bushes they cut them so uneven so it look like I had messed up devil horns in the front of my home. After calling and talking to the owner the owner told me he would look into it talk to the lady I rented the house to and said that I will contact the owner which is me and that he would get back to me and we would figure out the difference. three weeks later I get a bill in the mail for more than the quoted price and no call back from the owner. So after I called the owner and told him what was going on he said that all the lady told me that you would pay for it so we billed you for it.I said well is that the quality that I can expect from your business after that he said I don't care what you think quality is that's what the prices cuz my guys were there for an hour and a half after pointing out all of the problems he told me that I was a liar that he had checked it out himself so apparently the customer is not always right.
