I've driven by this place multiple times as they have a huge banner up saying they have a $50 facial. I decided to walk in one day to make an appointment and try it out!! Figured a $50 facial was a good deal in this economy :) Despite having to reschedule twice, Heidi was extremely understanding and was really nice about it. Let me start by saying I've been knowing Heidi since I found about doing individual lashes,(2017) she's so amazing! The quality of products she uses, the hospitality is so relaxing, I always fall asleep meanwhile she does my facials and eyelashes. Once you give it a try to either do your lashes or facial, you won't stop! I don't know how long your lashes last but mine last up to 2 months and a half if I take care of them . Been coming here for lashes and skin care consistently for about six months now and Heidi is the best! Service is definitely top notch. Her place is very clean too. I've been to many lash places, but Heidi uses much thinner hair but uses a lot of it so it looks much more natural and less bulky. I like it the best here. As for skin care, she and her assistant take turns providing the service. Both are amazing and to top it off their massages are really good, Heidi has a heavier hand with the massages which I prefer. Such a wonderful and kind staff! Took my teens to get facials with Heidi and they both agreed that they can't wait to come back again! My son had a hormonal acne flare up and they really do an amazing job getting out the congestion. We never have to wait around upon our arrival nor does the appointments seem rushed. They space the clients out perfectly and the space is so clean and relaxing. Package pricing is a great deal and so worth it! Another thing I also don't have to worry about is parking! Heidi is great! It was my first time going, so I called and made an appointment. Heidi was waiting outside around my appt time to make sure I knew where to go! So sweet! The spa is clean and bigger than I expected. I got an eyebrow and upper lip wax. I can honestly say this was one of the most pain-free waxes I've ever gotten! Heidi's facials are always amazing and exactly what I want! I struggle with lots of blackheads and she knows how to extract them so well without causing a lot of pain. Before extractions, she always gives the most refreshing, long massages on the upper shoulders and neck to soothe the muscles. Her tools and setup are organized, clean, and the heated bed along with the icy cool face massage after acne extractions is my favorite part. I always feel refreshed and my skin feels smooth after each facial, I recommend coming for whatever skincare concerns you may have. I was introduced by a friend and started coming here when there was a deal for 3 treatments for $100 (which is going on now by the way). The intro offer only includes basic services but just with the first time you can tell Heidi is very skilled and knows what your skin needs. It's definitely a relaxing time feels great after you leave. My skin feels better after visiting her and I plan on continuing coming here. I have also had my eyeliner tattooed here and it wasn't painful at all!! I was skeptical at first since I've heard so many painful stories but I was shocked with the painless treatment. I got C curl, they looked very natural yet full, people complimented thinking that I naturally have very long and full lashes. I can honestly say that Heidi is one of the best skincare person to go to. I wasn't so used to getting all the facial before so I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted and what I didn't. I decided to go with the package to kind of motivate myself to go anyways. This however, is not even needed because after the first few times, getting skincare by Heidi is like the only thing I look forward to throughout my week! She was so kind to explain to me on what kind of each service is and what it does for my skin for every session. I would literally recommend everyone (not just girls) I know, especially for first timers to come to Heidi for help. I hear she does eyelashes too!
