A "far cry" from someone just "rubbing you down", Ann was very intentional in pressures applied and the procedures she used. I recommend Ann without hesitation! And in the end, it wasn't "chunks" like I really wanted, it was more like tons of small blonde pieces all blended together. So I could have saved $75 and went to get the highlight kit from Walmart like I normally do, but I thought I would for once splurge on myself, and now I mainly just regret it because it's not really at all what I asked for. Overall they're clean, it's pretty to look at and they weren't unfriendly, just could've been a little more upbeat I felt, and a bit on the pricey side as well.
