Chantel's facial and massage are the best in Hobe Sound. I am so grateful I found her through…read moreanother Pine mom. She was super thorough with extractions and she even did my eyebrows. The massage was strong but slow and relaxing. My neck feels so much better. I like that she doesn't overly rely on machines but she had everything I wanted. Chantel made me feel very special and she was lovely, supportive and the whole experience felt very elevated. I used to get a lot of facials and I was worried about trusting my skin to a new person. I have had facials before that left me very red and blotchy. This one left me looking ten years younger. I will be back.

She listened to what I told her was going on in my body and was able to attend to my lymphatic system and muscles in a way that felt so soothing and clearing. I will definitely look forward to scheduling a massage with Chantal next time I'm in town.

Was honestly super disappointed with this experience. I booked for my sister's birthday and was…read moresuper excited for this because of everything that I've seen of head spas. For myself, I booked the hour and a half that's 165 and for my sister I booked the same thing with the jelly mask which is 185. For the prices, I expected a lot more. I understand that it's a scalp treatment, but I feel like most places like this also massage your shoulders your neck, your arms and go a little more above in the service. I talked to someone who I learned provided these treatments after I went, and she agreed. A big part of it is the relaxation and de-stressing. This was to the point of just my scalp so much that it started to hurt like when someone scratches the same place for too long. My sister had even said the same thing to me before I mentioned it, that it just started to hurt at one point for her too. Also, as far as a blowout goes, mine was okay and my sisters had no bounce. So in total, this was around 370 then at the end when they flipped the iPad over the first tip option was 22% and it went to 30%. I always tip 20% wherever I go whether it's a hair appointment or a restaurant, but to me, it felt a little odd to offer the first tip option as 22%. Especially with how I thought the experience went. I tipped 20% and we went on our day but definitely wouldn't be an experience I would come back for which makes me really sad. Not sure if it was maybe an off day but I feel like there was a little to no effort for both of us and it was weird to me how the expected tip was above 20% for what they did. I would recommend going to a place like a dry bar instead to get your hair washed and probably a nicer blowout, it was basically a service like that but just a lot more expensive. Don't think this is the normal head spa experience.
