Sit down in the lobby. It's 2:45pm. No one is there. Now it's 3pm and I'm starting to wonder if maybe I walked into the wrong place. No one is reaching out to me asking if I'm running late. I tried calling and txting the number in the email. No answer. Finally at 3:05pm someone named Dee comes out of the room with her previous client and greets me and asks if I have an appt. I explained to her that I do at 2:45. Dee says to me: "Oh yeah, didn't you receive my message?" I said, "yes I did. 3 messages confirming my appt for 2:45pm." She said "oh no I messaged you to reschedule." *ahem no you didn't and if you did you definitely didn't contact the correct person. 1) Dee wasn't apologetic whatsoever. 2) she kept blaming the computer system 3) she blamed me for not receiving her message??? Okay lady. You're so lucky I live close by because I would've definitely gone off on you for wasting my time. My recommendation for Dee is to stop making excuses, own up to your mistakes, CALL YOUR CLIENT IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL and lastly, learn how to communicate more effectively! I'm sorry but you must've heard what a telephone is by now, right? You didn't think to CALL your client to confirm with them prior to having them drive all the way to your business??? Don't you think it's odd that I never responded back to this so called message you sent??? The most annoying part about this whole ordeal is she said "she only books appts on the hour".... So if that's the case then why is it in YOUR calendar on YOUR website an availability for TWO FOURTY FIVE P M?!?! I wouldn't have booked that time if you won't accept clients at that time! I think you need to fix this asap or more people will be booking those time slots. PLUS I didn't even want this Dee person touching my face! I wanted to book with Lisa but the website automatically booked me with this Dee person. If I ever have to see Dee again I would just cancel on her the same way she did to me. Sorry, but if I showed up late or canceled to any business I had an appt with, the client is generally charged a late/cancel fee. So I don't understand why I wasn't compensated in some way for my time being wasted just because Dee decided to cancel on me.
