Kay has such a welcoming and beautiful spirit within her that you can't help but love her unless you're an A-hole by nature. Her space is relaxing, soothing, and comforting. This took like 20 mins probably and I was cringing and whining throughout lol. It hurts like a 8/10 for me way more than my piercings or any pain I have ever felt. Definitely worth it. After that she zap me with this purple wand but it doesn't hurt at all. I think it is killing the bacteria. At last, she pat me with some sunblock and I was off on my way. She suggested some products and I bought them with a discount. I think she was trying to unsold me but it is a business and I was fine with it. If the products work, I will buy more and will return for another facial. She is a very kind lady and great to talk to. She made me felt very welcoming while I was getting it and I like supporting small spa businesses like this. She does accept cards but I wish I bought more cash so I can tip her. The facial was $100 and the products were $190. I tipped her around $30. Beware, the products she gave me I found out were way cheaper after I check online. I inquired about getting laser to have some sunspots removed. I do have a lot of them, and I did want to have one or two removed. I asked how much for each one and she said $15. I pointed out about 3 I wanted to remove... And she freaking did like 15 of them without asking for my consent! I didn't know because she sneakily did the laser while doing my pore extractions... I wouldn't have minded getting them done with her over a few sessions... But not all at once. My face has scabs from the laser all over the place, like I got shot multiple times with a BB gun in the face. And that was what I was trying to avoid! So I went in for a $60 facial and ended up paying an extra $150 for the laser I didn't ask for. On top of that, she had the nerves to tell me she gave me 5 free. Bitch, it's not that I couldn't afford it... It's because I don't want to look like I just survived chicken pox on my face. Trish claims that the negative reviews on Yelp are fake, since there's only 1 negative review at the time of this edit, I'm assuming she's referring to me. It's painfully obvious that Trish N. is either the owner or associated with the owner of this business... Especially when she goes out of her way to mention that she's not associated with the business. Oh, and at the time of posting, she has 2 reviews and one of them is a negative one for a rival business. And you can just hear the Vietnamese accent just reading the verbiage in her post lol. For example "I know right away that fake" or "She really upset why those peoples try to make up story" LMAO.
