It is on the right side with black double doors and the services done are listed on the doors when I noticed "sugaring". I walked in and my sugarist, Kat, was kindly waiting for me. The room was very clean and she played some great music. I got my underarms, nape of neck and sideburns sugared. Everything was pretty easy to get through but this was the first time getting the nape of neck done. It hurt a little more than I anticipated, but reasonably so as it's course hair in a delicate area. Kat did a great job at getting all 3 services done quickly. She laughed with me through the pain of the nape sugaring which is truly what made it easier to handle. By the time we were done, she had put so much attention to detail and left my areas so smooth. I am so disappointed with how my eyebrows came out. I expressed my goal to achieve a straight eyebrow shape and even showed a video of what I was aiming for. I'm a realistic person so I asked if this would be achievable for me, when she said yes I was hopeful and felt like she understood what I wanted. I trusted the process but I felt so sad after because a lot of the hair that could've helped me achieve the straight brow look was gone, leaving my eyebrows extremely arched. I know it's hair and it will grow back but even my friends said my brows are so much more arched than before. They look like parabolas and make me look angry.. The esthetician is a nice girl but I felt a little gaslit at the end when she said that she was doing what was more fitting for my face, when that wasn't discussed at all. I really hate to leave a bad review but I'm hoping this can help someone else, since all of the other reviews are 5 stars and that was not my experience at all. read more
