The second time I called, the lady at the front desk made an appointment for me. The crew never showed up. The third time I called, the lady at the front desk made an appointment for me. The crew never showed up. The fourth time I called, the lady at the front desk made an appointment for me for 7:45am. The crew showed up 30 minutes late. The crew did a good job. When I told the crew my story, they said that the lady at the front desk had never communicated any of the previous appointments. They also said that the lady at the front desk told them that the appointment slot was between 7:45 - 8:15, NOT 7:45 on the dot like she told me. The lady in the front desk is terrible at her job.
