After speaking with a manager, I learned that when you cancel your membership, you lose all your credits within 30 days, which I was unaware of. The manager did not seem concerned about my situation and simply explained the policy. Since the manager did not consider my loyalty as a customer who would visit 3 to 4 times a month even without a membership, I have decided not to visit at all. This is solely because of the lack of customer care shown when I reached out for help.
