very very highly, disappointed with the service i received, i paid over $900.00, almost a thousand dollars, for service, that was highly recommend by dr. medina. i went in asking for juverderm, she recommended, some type of lift. i knew juverderm, works well, but she strongly, recommended her product, and told me this would work for me better..so she gave me the botox and the lift that she recommended, and within i month, i called her office. and spoke to her assistant and told her that, the product is not working, so she told me to come in, so i did about to weeks after the call.. dr. medina saw me and saw exactly what i said , that the product didnt work for me. and she said she suggested a different product, and i then told her, when i came in i was asking for juverderm, she replied, i really thought that product would work..so she said i needed to use another type when im ready. i told her ok, let do it today....she said to me! let me get the price. i then said to her!!! its only been 2 months and the recommended products, by you, didnt work!!!!! she said to me i'm very sorry, i really felt it would, so i said to her..sooo! that's 961.00 wasted!!!! she said to me, unfortunately yes, but fast forward lets try a different product... i told her i didn't like it, that you are charging me again... for your products, that didnt work ..i dont think so!!!! because of dr.media, recommendations didn't do nothing!!!! she didnt offer, to make it better, nor offer any type of refund!!!or nothing, but only another thousand dollrs... friendly...yess for that i will never ever go back and would never recommend her to anybody!!!!bad service!!!!! i went to the dr. that i went to pior to her, only giving her a chance because she worked at a family dr. office, and her new office was close...the dr. told me at 2 months, this should not have happen, that if her products wasnt mixed right the product doesn't work at all!! and that she should have fixed or recommended someone to do it at her cost since she was new at doing this type of service!!!! just as i said too!!!! never again!!! if she had tried to aleast fix the problem without wanting to charge me, to make it right probably! maybe, but to do absolutely nothing but want to charge me more, for a procedure she was not sucessful in doing..i would never ever recommend her business to everyone...again friendly yes... experienced no!!!! buyers beware!!! i really didnt want to go this far but after giving her time to contact me back, to try to fix the problem, dr. medina gave me no choice!!! read more

I went to see Dr. Medina prior to the holidays and got lip filler. I was nervous because it was my first time getting filler done. She recommended the best product for me based on my goals. I loved her attention to detail and when I saw the end result I couldn't believe how natural it looked. I appreciate that her staff took the time to check up on me after a few days to make sure everything was okay. I'm loving my lips, the best part is that people noticed "something" was different but were not able to pinpoint exactly why. I highly recommend her. One of my most pleasant experience with a facial service. I highly recommend Luminous Health and Wellness to anyone and everyone looking to invest in your skin and skincare products. I just absolutely love their zit spot cream and their facial cleanser is so light but definitely effective with how clean it leaves my face. Dr. Medina and her staff are very knowledgeable and take pride and care of you as their client. Their skincare products are all high quality so I don't question if any of it will work or not.
