The young lady that answered then very rudely and aggressively said "like I said she is in a meeting and is not in her office." I requested she take a message about a refund of over 1,000.00 on a procedure not done. She even more aggressively told me she can send me to voicemail. Very dissatisfied with attitude of staff. Don't believe I would feel welcome or comfortable coming into this office for an important and expensive procedure regardless of the talent of MD!

His staff are disinterested and rude, and Dr. Dorsett takes no time at all during patient visits; furthermore, he shows no care or concern for pain management and believes one may become addicted to pain medicine in less than 96 hours. Truly, this was a painful experience for my child. But, if you are comfortable having surgery in a building that hasn't been updated since the 1970s, then go for it.

After my daughter's initial assessment and cleaning, she was scheduled for a tooth extraction and a filling to proceed with services with the orthodontist. I attempted to schedule the appointment after her filling and was told I would have to call the number I was given by the receptionist. I attempted to call and make said appointment, and then I was told they weren't accepting new patients and that she was still considered a "new patient" bc the "front office and back office are separate businesses"?! None of that was disclosed during the process.
