I called and explained that I only needed a cleaning and if I could use the $150 for a cleaning instead. The receptionist said yes. I then scheduled an appointment that was not entirely convenient and went. I filled out all the paperwork, let them scan my license etc....and then was told I would have to pay $100 for cleaning. I said I called and had it preapproved that I could use the coupon. They said no, the $150 was only a credit towards future exams and xrays. I feel deceived and left.

The front desk representative was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. After completing my paperwork, I was taken back quickly. The hygienist asked me about my tooth pain and was incredibly kind and empathetic, which immediately helped calm my nerves. The dentist then came in, introduced herself, and took the time to listen to my concerns. She quickly identified the cause of my pain and explained that my wisdom tooth needed to be removed. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Lagomarsino was absolutely amazing. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn't feel the needle or any pain during the extraction. I was honestly shocked that I went through with it so easily, and at one point I even thought I could have the other one removed as well--that's how comfortable the entire staff made me feel. Then I went in because of a tooth infection from the invisalign they've been shoving down my throat for years to get and they gave me antibiotics without providing antifungals as I requested due to my issue with fungal infections from antibiotics. They claim it was never in my chart so they're not doing their jobs and documenting what patients tell them. They refuse to fix the issue they've caused and I'm never returning here ever again. They're a bunch of crooks.​

I have used Dr Koeller for 25 years and even after moving to central NJ, about 45 miles away, I still use him as my dentist. He has been incredible in his work and has been able to save some teeth that other dentists would have likely extracted. Staff has always been friendly as well and they are extremely accommodating when you have to make an appointment on short notice. I base my rating on the skill and expertise of the dentist.
