This place is the best, hands down! We came in for the first time shortly after they opened and we keep coming back, so far we've bought some glass pieces, a sneak-a-toke, a vape, and liquids. The prices can't be beat, and the customer service here is second to none. All of the employees are super personable and want nothing more than for you to leave the shop happy- they don't push sales on you, and they are just chill to shoot the shit with. My husband and I have both made purchases from the owners as well (how cool is that that the owners come in and work the storefront?!?), and they couldn't be nicer. The shop itself is really great- everything is well displayed, and it is immaculate in there and yet somehow still exudes the most chill vibe and atmosphere. They are always willing to get stuff out of the cases so you can handle it and get a feel for the piece before you commit to purchasing it. These guys run a great store with awesome selection and a stellar crew. Even going through the returns process is totally seamless! Took a vacation up to Truckee this weekend (cause sometimes you just need that mountain air) and of course, I forgetfully left my grinder at home. Originally, I was just going to make a stop at the 7/11 next door to get some wraps, but the flyers on the storefront of The Smoke Island caught my eye. I was greeted by Lock and his dog, Smokey. He was very knowledgeable of the expansive inventory and was very patient since I wanted to look at everything. He eventually persuaded me into a new SHarper grinder. (It matches my other one!) I like this store. The guy that's always there, I think is the owner but I have not actually asked, is nice and answers any question I have as well as is eager to pull anything out of the case. I feel like the prices are totally fair, not amazing deals but definitely not overpriced either, just how they should be. She definitely has some unique items that would rival a store in a big city, plenty of options for anything. I recommend the store if you are looking for the items he has available. read more

When the smoke shop opened I was the very first customer and ever since then iv been going back every single time I need glass or cigarettes there workers are super cool and helpful even hooking me up once in a while for being a faithful customer hands down one of the best highly recomended read more
