It's a great little market with some organic stuff at some discounted prices. Most things were cheaper than Raleys or Safeway (when those items weren't on sale). So you're saving a buck or two. While they do sell a lot of their name brand stuff, they have a lot of brands some high end. I spied my fancy cereal, the guac my kids like, Meyer soap, and Tillamook cheese, to name just a few. While this location isn't the most modern, it is clean and has plenty of parking. There is a huge wine selection. A small organic fruits and veggie section, Lots of snacks, frozen foods and so on. Flowers were looking old, but it is August in Tahoe. Overall, a great little stop off to stock up on some cheaper goods if you're used to just shopping at Safeway or Raleys.
