The customer service is friendly and they are happy to answer questions about the products or help you find something specific. The only downside is the last time I went, I asked about a specific item I've bought multiple times under the impression it was local/handmade, but found out it isn't. Not a big deal but was a little sad because I try to buy stuff that supports local artists as well as the local shops.
