TL;DR: Don't come here unless you're looking to be body shamed. I went here again today and I had a horrible experience. Whoever was working here on 11/11/22 at around 6:40pm needs to learn how to not body shame people and to keep his opinions to himself. I walked in here with my roommate and he proceeded to tell me that I needed to "stop eating so much" and told her that "she needed to start eating more". On top of that, he also lied about the price and tried to make us pay double for the product when the price sticker was clearly visible. Whether he was joking or not, I found his behavior extremely unprofessional, rude, and disgusting. I hope he learns some manners and learns not to speak on women's bodies without their permission. read more

Staff are always super friendly and there is often parking available outside the store or down the side street. I always go here after getting ripped off at The Smoke Shop. One thing I would recommend is calling the store before you head over as its been closed with a 'back in 5mins' sign 3-4 times and I'm not in a position to wait unfortunately. Mo. was the person who helped me and it's very rare where you walk into a store for the first time and are welcomed with a smile and actual eye contact. With all the smoke shops to choose from in the Bay Area, it's important to find a way to stand out. All smoke shops sell just about the same things. Smoke Shop on Mission In Daly City has 2 things that stand out from the rest. Opened after hours and MOST important... Mo. I'm glad to see that face to face interaction is met when customers walk in. Arguably the worst smoke shop on the peninsula. Bad prices, rude workers, etc. Ex: I ask about prices on disposable vapes. Sales rep tells me the price. I say they sell them for lower price nearby, he says oh they must be fake. No one sells a $12 product for $15. Mo was very friendly, helpful and polite, despite me interrupting his morning prayers. The metered parking outside is 25 cents for 30 mins, just like the 90s!
