The guy working at the store sold me a vape, open it and apparently it needs a whole charger that they don't even sell at the store. Opened it in store didn't use it, asked for refund because there were other vapes that didn't need a charger I've never seen made in china, cashier refused, called his boss, boss was rude and refused as well. For easily the past 12+ years, I have purchased my cigarettes here and at their San Bruno store (I used to live on Crystal Springs Road and their San Bruno store is located on the east - or the northbound traffic - side of El Camino, about a block south of Crystal Springs Road). I have always experienced the best customer service and the best prices for cigarettes at both locations, so I'm surprised that I haven't written a review of this store until today. Anyway, the main purpose of my review today is to provide an update regarding the store's hours during the COVID-19 shut down. Fortunately for those of us who smoke cigarettes/hookah and/or vape, they have managed to remain open. God only knows how much broker I'd be if I had to purchase packs individually at a gas station (or anywhere else that would happen to carry cigarettes) while everything is shut down!! That said, their hours have been modified to 9:00am until 5:30pm, 7 days a week, so you have to get there early. When I went by the store the other day, the employee told me that they have been having an issue with Yelp reverting their store's hours to the pre-COVID-19 hours every couple of days, so I figured that I would post their updated hours with a picture of the note posted outside of the business to make sure that people are aware of their current hours of operation. One last thing: menthol cigarettes are getting harder and harder to come by because of all of the ridiculous "flavored tobacco" bans, but this store (and the San Bruno store!) both carry all kinds of menthols. Huge thanks to the owner for keeping his store open and huge thanks to the staff for showing up to work and being there during this time. Cigarettes in San Francisco are surcharged $1 per pack for a "littering fee"- ostensibly to blanket-suspect everyone who smokes cigarettes of also being a law-breaker who litters instead of fining individuals caught littering (because the latter would require enforcement), so going outside of SF avoids this fee. This store has great selection- even carries my More brand gold pack cigarettes, and for a slight discount per pack if bought by the carton. Staff is always friendly and courteous and if they don't have something, they'll offer to get it if they can. read more

Today was my first time inside since their opening, great convenient store. Wide selection of glass , which was what I came shopping for. The store employee was very nice, took her time, respectful. They have a very wide selection of each category. They purchase wholesale, so I was able to purchase my purchase for a great reasonable price. If you buy puff bars DO NOT COME HERE there puff bars never work and if you forget to open it in the store they won't replace nor refund you so it's best to go to a trusted supplier because they puff bars are bootsy. read more

The procea and selection for vape are excellent. The staff is friendly except one person who appears to be female. Each time I go there she's rude. She is giving the shop a negative hue by being argumentative, suspect and condescending. It's a business not a toxic relationship so be advised her attitude might bad vibe your day. Came here to buy a lighter and the old lady at the cashier won't sell it to me for some reason she said that you have to be 21+ even though I told her that i've been buying from them. I've been to other smoke shops as well you just have to be 18+ to purchase non-tobacco products. Usually when I come here the younger lady helps me out and she's very nice and helpful. You can't beat their prices. They carry everything from hookah supplies, vapes, glass and cheaper prices cigs!! I mostly come in for their hookah supplies since they always carry the fumari flavors I need and are always supplied with the essentials a good hookah needs such as heads, charcoal, disposable/multi use hoses and much more!! They also carry a good supply of vape accessories from batteries, replacement glass and coils (depends on what device you are using) and a great vape juice selection!! Cuttwood Unicorn Milk is a great favorite and they always it at the shop!!! The family who runs this place always go up and beyond for their customers and have been most helpful when you couldn't find something or need more of a product!
