Before making the trip, I double-checked the operating hours online and was all set for the 30-minute drive. However, upon arrival, I was quickly disappointed to find the food truck closed. The listed hours didn't match the actual times they were open, leading to unnecessary inconvenience and a missed opportunity to enjoy their dishes. It's frustrating when businesses don't maintain accurate information, especially for those who travel out of their way to visit. I hope "Chilaquiques" updates their hours to reflect their actual business schedule and prevents this kind of mishap for others in the future (2) Stars are based on the experience, yet looking forward to rating the food in the future.

The food menu is not huge but what they make is very good. I've had the prime rib burger that is served on Sunday and it was really good and at a very low price. The chili that they make on Tuesday was great too. My wife said it was better than mine, which I didn't really appreciate, but she was right. The corn dogs and meatball corn dogs are also good. They serve a lot of ice cream dishes too. Cones, sundaes, banana splits and things of that sort. The atmosphere is cool and laid back and the customers are pretty friendly to each other.
