The chicken bacon avocado sandwich is so good and very filling. However, I do not recommend the Gladiator protein smoothie. It is lacking in every other flavor except banana. It was also already melting when I got it so it wasn't very cold. Service is a little slow so I wouldn't come here if you're in a hurry. The inside is a little dark and very quiet. I would've preferred some music. Also, the price is a little on the expensive side. The sandwiches do come with a bag of Veggie Straws and a cucumber lemonade so keep that in mind for the price. I was pleased to know that what's in the smoothies is exactly what is written! I got the Pina Colada smoothie, it had pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut, non fat vanilla yogurt and cinnamon. The girl at the front was very nice and patient with my questions about the food, I was concerned about artificial sugar being added (like other smoothie places, but no worries here!) If you like your smoothies tasting like what it actually says and NOT liquid sugar, then Squeezed is for you. I also had the Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich, SO GOOD. I got it without bacon tho, genuinely sad I didn't get to take a picture, I was so hungry!!! I didn't stay to eat bc it can get a lil crowded when it's busy, but nothing wrong with that at all! The PB&J is my go to. The service is great and timely. The menu choices are great for a healthy meal or snack.

First things first, I have been ordering my drinks from Squeezed for years now, but since our office has moved just a few feet away from them, I can say how lucky I must be to be this close to one of my "happy and healthy" places . My top three faves: 1. Detox (basically this is my daily lunch) 2. The Hulk (just like the Detox except it has an additional whey protein)--for those who are wondering, you can request a plant-based protein instead of whey. 3. The Amazonian The menu is pretty extensive! Makes me wonder why I have tended to order the same things such as the ones I have listed above. Force of habit is all. For those who are wondering, yes they also make some Mexican-inspired raspados/snacks. However, in my opinion, Squeezed's biggest strength lies in their fresh juices and smoothies, hands down. Went this morning about 11AM and it was fairly busy with for awhile only 1 girl working so things were taking awhile. She had darker hair and didn't seem very friendly at all. It was my first time and my grandmothers first time there and no help offered so didn't seem very pleasant. Finally another worker with blonde hair came out and she was just as rude. No smiles from either girls. It took about 15-20 minutes to receive 3 smoothies, I asked for 1 of them to be made later since it was to go and it was made right away and when I asked for it to be put it in a freezer I seemed to be a burden. When I had questions I was looked at and ignored for a bit. My grandma liked her PB & J. The kiwi strawberry was ok and my grandpa said the squeezed didn't really taste like pineapple. the smoothies are good. the acai bowl is watery. the manager Rosa spoke in a very rude manner to one of her employees while taking my order. i had done an online order & went to pick up. she wanted clarification on the order & had asked an employee, a young man who seemed to be in training, about the order. he replied with "i think that's correct." which was not satisfying enough of a response for her. she told him in a very rude manner "you think? go check." very rude way of speaking to ur employees as a manager. if she speaks to them this way, i can't imagine what the atmosphere for the employees at this establishment is like. she should reconsider the manner in which she speaks to her staff, ESPECIALLY in front of customers. read more

I've been here numerous times and everything is just... okay. My favorite thing here is the salsa verde bowl and it seems that they rarely have it even though it's always on the board. We've tried multiple smoothies and they either have no flavor or they're very icy or both. Way too expensive for what you're getting. The sandwiches I have had are nice! Don't suggest coming here if you're on a time crunch. Last time I came it was because my son had occupational therapy on the other side of the building. Figured 30 minutes would be enough time to get a a sandwich and smoothie-- I was wrong. Ended up having to go get my son and come back. Everything here takes forever no matter who is working. Sometimes takes awhile just to put your order in. I will say if you're nearby it' ll fill your belly but, there are much better places to go to in Yuma that are much less expensive and don't take forever. read more

My first experience with SO was perfect! The juices are great tasting, except the Charcoal flavored one which made me nauseous! I think I'm just sensitive to it. My second order did not go well. My order did not arrive by 9pm that evening as promised and I did not get any notifications in that regard whatsoever. I spent most of the morning trying to contact their customer service with no answer, no response to emails - nothing. I ended up going to their FB page and leaving a comment explaining what happened and how upset I was. My comment was immediately removed by their moderator and shortly after I received an instant message apologizing for my experience & offering to make it all up to me. I ended up giving them another chance & my order not only arrived that evening, but prior to 7pm as I requested. I have not ordered again since the a la carte option is not currently available and I don't want the charcoal flavored juice. I guess the real test will be when I get the courage to place a 3rd order and I'll see if my bad experience was just a one off type of deal. read more

My wife hated it so we asked to exchange it for something else and they said nope sorry unless you want to pay for another one. I ordered the Supreme with the Fat Burner add on. Drink was above expectations. One girl working the cash register and making the smoothies. I walked in, a guy with 3 orders and a couple ahead of me. I waited about 10 minutes. Honestly, the juice was worth the wait but would recommend adding at least one more staff member, to expedite the process. It is a Saturday and I just concluded my workout. Obsessed with this place! Whenever I come to Yuma I make sure to get a green juice from Squeezed. They have dozens and dozens and dozens of selections to choose from and you can also make your own smoothie/juice. Staff is always super friendly and helpful (because when you walk in the menu can be a little overwhelming). But they are always so sweet and always give suggestions. I am extremely disappointed. I had been waiting to come check this place out as I live in Tempe. It was a Sunday evening last week ( 3/30). I thought it would be closed but decided to call and make sure. When I called at 7:54pm they told me today was the first Sunday they were open, I guess usually they close Sunday... We were So looking forward to getting a Delicious Raspado or SOMETHING. We arrived at 8:04pm, and the doors were still open, a couple was even eating at the tables outside.
