This is a true local bar with lots of TVs and games to play. A cheap pitcher of beer and some fried bar food is the perfect pair with rounds of pool, darts, shuffleboard, and golden tee! Their food is exactly what you'd expect and want from a hole in the wall bar. We ordered some onion rings and the buffalo chicken finger platter with fries. For bar food, we enjoyed it but this was after a few hours of drinking. Overall, friendly staff and tons of things to do! I can see from the pictures that Mr. Bernie Kiitchner upkeeps the Snuggery very well and it looks nice. I bet I would have been treated better working there than I was treated at Lunkers Sports Bar that he owns over in Okeechobee Florida. Because his friend Gerald Altman who is supposed to be running the Lunkers restaurant over in Okeechobee has neglected to properly upkeep it. The Snuggery looks very nice and very well up kept. It shows that Mr. Bernie Kiitchner takes care of his restaurant there in Palm Beach very well. I haven't been there but I always hear all good things about the Snuggery. I am no longer at his Lunkers restaurant and was pushed out of my job the day after talking to Bernie in retaliation by his friend over there in Okeechobee. I gave 5 stars for the snuggery because I can see that he upkeeps it perfectly nice. read more

Sun Aug 24, 2025 1pm, walked in, 1-2 people near front bar , sound like there were maybe 5 people in the back. NO sign of any bartenders, waited 5 mins and gave up. Then came to ask what i want like this was some nasty restaurant from the hood. She had a nasty attitude towards me . And i ask to try korian bbq and regular bbq just a tiny beat to try and she charged me for it . My tab came out 30 some change i tipped her 10 dollars only because i work at a restaurant and i never tip bad no matter what . If I could give zero stars I would. I came here for my first time October 29th for a third date. Our bartender was Jeanne B. I'm a bartender and server and my date is also a server and bartender. I ordered my drink the way I always order it and it was horrible. She asked if we wanted to start a tab I said yes, but we were going to be paying cash. I handed her my debit card, and immediately got an alert on my phone that my card was charged $25. When I tried to get her attention to ask why my card was charged $25 she completely ignored me to where I literally had to get up and walk up to her and say excuse me three times in order to get her to pay attention to me. When she finally did, she gave me an attitude, rolled her eyes and said the money will be put back on my card when my tab is paid. I told her she should have told me she would be charging $25 if that was the case I would've handed her a different card, she continue with the attitude to where I didn't want to ruin my date so I just said whatever and walked away. The drink was so bad that we decided to just take shots after that that way we wouldn't have to worry about having a horrible drink. We were shooting pool and I went to the restroom. I had my shot, which I was sipping on the high top table next to the pool table and she took it a dumped it out. I explained I wasn't finished with it and she gave me more attitude and said there was barely anything left. It's a shot. I was sipping on it. When we went to go pay the bill she had an extra shot of Hennessy added on it that we did not get. We only had one mixed drink each and one shot each. I'm not sure if she thought that she was going to fool us, but I noticed it and said something. And she began to argue with us so it ruined our date. And I just was so over it. I paid the bill and left. It's now been three weeks. I've called and spoken with another bartender. Left my information for them to call me back was told to give it a week and my $25 should be back on my card and it still has not been credited back to my account and when I try and call now I get no answer from the restaurant/bar. Worst customer service ever. I told my friend about the horrible service that I had there. She automatically said, let me guess it was a short lady was short blonde hair. She proceeded to tell me Jeanne has been there for years and always has an attitude like that and thinks she runs the place. I wonder how many other people are being in charge this extra $25 and don't know. If you've been there, I would check your accounts. I bet you they're scamming a bunch of other people as well, who come out and drink and don't even notice. Smh. read more

We dipped into The Snuggery on 06/02/20, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it had reopened! They're menu is limited, but it covers all the bases. My burger was excellent! The guy in the kitchen knows how to do medium-rare, and the homemade chili is good enough to order all by itself. The tuna melt was also fantastic. Laurie was very attentive. Has to literally be the WORST experience we've ever had! Since my husband went to WV and having a current Class of 23 WVU student, we were super excited to visit the "Snuggery" ( aka owned and operated by a former WVU ALUM) we live 45 minutes away and wanted to show some support. Because we have always wanted to go here for as long as we can remember we decided to celebrate our child's 18th birthday there. Made reservations at 7 for 14 on a Thursday night. Once we arrived, there was no one who greeted us at the door. No hostess stand. No hellos. No we will be right with you. No nothing. We noticed our reserved tables so we seated ourselves. Once we sat we were greeted by a lady who took our drink orders and asked me for my credit card for the table. A credit card? Like you want to hold my cc before we're even served??? I found that strange so when I questioned the reason I was given an attitude and no real explanation. Even though I NEVER let anyone hold my cc I reluctantly gave it to her. She told me where it would be placed behind the bar and I was welcomed to "watch it" if that made me feel better. I gave it to her chalking it up as "there must have been a problem before and that's why". We were then visited by someone who was either the manager or acting manager to explain "HOUSE" rules. We were told that no children were allowed after 8 (meanwhile kitchen didn't open until 730?) due to inappropriate behavior and language that happens in their establishment but because we were having a birthday party they would extend ours to 9. I explained we will have no children here so that wouldn't be a problem and that we were here to celebrate an 18th birthday. ( mind you legal adult. Old enough to protect and serve our country adult ) Conversation and smiles later things were kosher. Moving on we ordered dinner from the server who was also attending the bar. (Turns out there were only 2 severs/bar mates working.) Obviously because it was a slow night. Food was great and service was ok too. We were having a great night. Played a little shuffle board, darts, and pool and literally at 9pm the server/bar mate booted my 18 year old from the pool table said he needed to go back to the table because he was underage. Underage to play pool? So I again asked for an explanation why he would be denied to play and was told it was "house " rules. I explained to her that that was not explained to me in the beginning. That were were only told "kids" were allowed in the establishment after 8. I can totally understand if it was a busy night and there were people lined up to play but that was not the case. I can also understand even if he was rowdy and rambunctious but again that was not the case. The fact that there were 20 people there and 14 of them were in my party made zero since to me. I also said I was not told when we showed up that after 8 an 18 year old couldn't participate in a game of pool, darts or shuffle... I asked to speak to the manager. It didn't go over so well. She stomped off, spoke to the other bartender/server and came back with straight attitude and said It was our policy and I could leave if I didn't like it. ( NO house rules or POLICY posted anywhere) I asked for my check, her name, the managers name and owners name. She said "Women you can google it". Say WHAT? Did you just call me women? "Yes I did and if you don't leave I'm calling the cops". LOL. So few more words were exchanged. Cops were called. And for the first time in my LIFE I didn't leave a tip. Overall experience here was a total disappointment. Poor representation of our fellow Mountaineers and Steeler fans. This place was so highly recommended by our fellow Eeers. We were so disappointed in the behavior of the staff I had to write a review about it. I rarely do reviews. Rarely! Wether I'm right or wrong the people you leave in control of your business can forever taint it. I promise you not anyone from our party will ever visit this place again. And that's too bad because our Enthusiasm and excitement was so high for this place to be left with nothing but a vision of trash is a SHAM. Touché Snuggery we won't be returning. read more

I don't have too many fancy words for The Snuggery, but that's just because this is not a fancy place. This is a dive bar through and through, a neighborhood joint just for us locals. Cheap beer, lots of pool tables, and a feeling like you could probably find some Oxycontin without any trouble at all. I mean that in the best way possible. I come here occasionally with my friends, either to start the night or end it, and we've always had a great time. My only regret is that I always forget to play "Walk Like an Egyptian" on the juke box. 5/5 stars. read more

I moved down here in may and this was the first bar i found that i liked.. up until my boyfriend moved here and a new bartener accused him of a fake passport... after that we brought other proof of identification and not only did she serve him sat while i was at work.
