We came here with out of state family since we knew we were going to be doing a lot of adult sightseeing and wanted my 11 year old cousin to have at least one experience that he thought was really cool. LOL Finding the entrance to this place was a little difficult. It was twilight and there were not a lot of street lights or helpful signage. We ordered a couple of supreme pizzas, beer, and salads. The pizza was surprisingly good! The Cobb salad was also better than expected (even though the menu says it includes eggs but it did not.) The Arcade seemed a bit expensive but fun...but I also could not tell you how long it's been since I've been in an arcade so maybe I'm just old and out of touch. We did have a LOT of fun playing air hockey and skee ball...and trying out different games that did not exist when we were kids at Chucky Cheese. My sides were hurting from laughter by the time we left. The prizes for tickets seemed a little lame but again, I may just be old since my little cousin had no problem picking out items. There is also skating, billiards, bowling, putt putt available....which I may honestly come back and try a couple of those. The music was a little loud in dining area (omg, I'm really making myself sound old, aren't I?!) but they were playing really good music! I only saw one adult manager...all the rest were teenagers. Most of them seemed like they had not been working there long. And when their friends showed up, it was like no other customers existed. This place is entirely cash less. You must pay with a card and to play games you must have a Rigby's card. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $1 and must initially load it with at least $20. So SAVE that card if there is a remote chance you will return. Overall an OK experience. It's definitely the place to go for teenagers. Maybe I'll comeback during daytime hours and see if it's a little different. read more

Was here for a work function and the event ran pretty smoothly. The staff was very helpful, supplying us with whatever we needed, and the area was clean. One negative was the construction work going on adjacent to the patio where our event was held. The dust that drifted over wreaked havoc on my lungs and it was very noisy even though our speakers were using microphones. read more

We attended a private Christmas party on the patio that was hosted by my husband's job. It was our first time at Rigby's. It has been 2 years since I moved to the area and have passed this entertainment complex many times. I thought it was just a water park since that is all I could see from the main road. When we walked in It kinda gave Dave and Buster vibes but offers so much more like roller skating, go-karts, laser tag, mini golf, bowling, and a full restaurant and bar. The event was held on the patio and it was packed. It seems that they had extra staff to handle the huge crowd. We ended up sitting at the bar and our bartender was awesome. Their christmas drink and fall specials were creative. They offer an array of liquor from very cheap to top shelf. The food menu on the patio had several categories to choose from like seafood, burgers, pizza, wings and tacos. My husband and I both opted to get the shrimp Tacos grilled. Our food was decent, it was basic bar food. I had a mango Margarita and it was very good. My husband had an old-fashioned and he said it was well made well. We plan on coming back for the mini golf when the weather gets warm. It was a nice experience. read more

I had a birthday party and it was an horrible experience. 10/10 do not recommend. My child had to wait for 45 minutes to even do an activity. The party host was never anywhere to be found we stayed looking for her so I couldn't even enjoy the kids playing. It was more waiting and searching than enjoying a party. I don't even know what was the point of booking anything we didn't get the room we booked or the skate assisters everything was horrible. read more

Drove up to Warner Robins to see some friends and decided to give The Patio at Rigbys a try. Would not recommend. The service was severely lacking, they closed and reopened our tab twice even though we told them to keep it open. The staff wasn't very attentive at all. Ordered the steamed oysters and they came out gritty and overcooked. The flight of margaritas came out in plastic cups and were super sugary like they came from premixed bottles. read more

Rigbys has always been the teenager hangout place, but they have a rule if youe under 18 you have to put $20 dollars on the rigbys card to even walk in the place, and if the underage kid walks out they would have to put ANOTHER $20 on there card. And this year they went up in prices to skate, if you have you're own it's $15 and $20 if you didn't have your own last year it was if you have your own $12 and if u didn't $15 or something I always had my own. But if mr rigby wants us teens paying that much to even skate we should just go to Olympia it's way cheaper. also they have been out of rootbeer for 4 months read more

This place can't decide if it's for kids or adults. Unfortunately that brings in some of the rudest and mean customers. Most of the workers are nice and friendly but the clientele is horrible!! A mean older girl purposely hit my 12 year old on the go cart track very hard and then laughed about it. We did get a refund on the Rigby's card but we'll probably never use it. The arcade is nice and so is the go carts but the roller rink is where it gets bad the rink is full concrete so if you fall it will hurt but the skates are where it gets bad. The ones that I got were all broke and the people at the skate counter just sat in thee back having a conversation for five minutes before they realize that you are there. The people that were at the were on the skate floor were walking in front of me and weaving in and out of people at like 15mph almost making me fall over and others that were on there phone while skating or listening to music and not paying attention. They also were just sitting on the wall eating food and messing with skaters. The bowling was trash half the size of a regular lane old machines and only HALF of the floor had the oil and you had to ask a worker to add the players so the old machine was useless and the balls kept getting stuck. DO NOT COME HERE IT IS A MONEY TRAP 15$ for skates and 12$ to bring your own 15$ for the go cart and the games are overpriced the cheapest good game is 2-5$ Overall this place sucks read more

We had an ok time here. My wife and I recently started skating again and this is one of two rinks in town. The other place is mainly for kids and teens. Rigby's has a large rink, and except for the busiest nights, it never feels too crowded. It's good for all skill levels as long as you can avoid the smaller kids that tend to skate in odd directions. The best part is after 10 when it becomes 18 and up. I must admit that for the most part, the music is questionable. I grew up skating at a rink in Texas and either it was disco, r&b or country music, so that's what I'm used to. Here they play a lot of Trap and Hip Hop, so only the young folks really get to groove consistently. I see a few people wearing headphones or earbuds and doing their own thing. The biggest downside is definitely the price. They are about their money for sure. Turns out that the fee for using the rink is higher than renting the skates. We have our own skates and were shocked when the price was only a few dollars different. We started practicing outside a lot more and only go on Tuesdays, after 4, when it's $5. We came one Tuesday at lunchtime and were 2 of the 4 customers in the entire building. Instead of taking SOME revenue, the manager decided that we should pay full price since it was before 4pm. Instead of $10 + lunch, they got nothing. Drinks and food are also expensive. I can't comment on the other parts of Rigby's, but now that we found places to skate outside, we probably won't be coming here often. read more

However COVID-19 is still a thing and I felt a bit anxious being in a place with so many people/children. Also the go carts were a bit of a rip off. The staff was less than enthusiastic or swift so the wait is considerable. And the cars are in dire need of repair or updating. There were several of times during our race when the cars were stopped. Went to Rigby's for the first time on a Friday night around 7:15. It was nice. The staff was polite. The game room was bright and enjoyable. We went for skating. The rink was a good size. Layout of the property was nice. Music selection wasn't the most fun for a lively Friday night and the whole place seemed really "low energy" which I was surprised by. We had a GREAT time skating together and enjoying ourselves but the entertainment level wasn't what I expected. Thankfully we had each others company and had a blast skating for the first time in years. I think my only complaint is that the area just needs some lively ness to it. A little more energy and pep. Otherwise, it was great. Pricing was normal for the type of activity and I'm sure we will be back. Maybe we should try a later night to see if the music and vibe changes after a certain time. Have to say that this place is a lot of fun with a ton of activities to do. Arcade, water park, roller scaring, etc. definitely good place if you have a family or are going out with friends or a date. The one drawback in my opinion is the arcade, a lot of games that offer tickets, but come on....way to expensive per game. The only time I would recommend would be on a Monday I believe the day is when they run a special for 22 for unlimited gaming for a few hours. Guys Rigbys is exactly what was needed in this town. Warner Robins is where I called home for 33 years. It is so nice to see a visionary that isn't scares to execute ideas for entertainment. The prices are decent, the options are plentiful like roller skating, bowling, arcade games, go carts and don't forget the options for adults! No kids allowed after 10pm which gives the adults some time to let loose. I especially love the Wizard of Oz game (shh, I'm addicted). Overall an excellent choice for children to enjoy themselves and adults too! read more

0 stars is more like it. Rigby's approached a Houston County band director offering a End of Band Camp Splash at the water park. The park would let the band kids come in for 2- whole hours and charge $20. (Wow, the band could go in for $21.99 all day. Nice "discount" for 2- whole hours.) So, first night was cancelled due to thunderstorms. No problem. We'd rather keep the kids safe. They rescheduled for tonight. When the band director called to make sure all was well, they were told by the Rigby's manager that it was cancelled. After much talking with parent's from other bands, one parent went up to Rigby's acting like they didn't know it was cancelled. Rigby's manager said the band directors cancelled. A parent from another band showed up doing the same thing and was told something different. So, the other band president and I showed up and got to hear the manager lie about cancelling and how the band director was the bad guy and blamed him for everything. You know, Rigby's might want to get their stories straight before they tell people information. These are not the type of business people I want to do any business with and I definitely won't be spending any of my hard earned money there. I encourage all Houston County band families to boycott anything having to do with Rigby's. read more

My highschool aged son and six of his friends went here one evening early (hardly anyone there) and was told they had to purchase x amount before they would even be allowed entry (they were told it was a new policy). They came to bowl and play some arcade games (they ended up paying more just for entry than the price of bowling and arcade games) Come to find out the new policy minimum purchase does not start until 7pm (I believe) and all these kids showed up way before 7pm. I get it, they don't want kids showing up and hanging around all night but spend no money. These kids were there to have fun and spend money but were treated like a problem. They are good kids, all on the high-school track team, but they won't be back. And they are telling all their friends about Rigbys as well. read more

I was so looking forward to this day with my family. Overall we made the best of it, but my daughter wasn't allowed to participate in much other than being splashed. First time to a water park for her and not being able to slide next to your kid or hold them is absurd! So for $100 we splashed and observed. First part of the day was nice, the second half, not a soul cleaning up in sight. Walking through busted diaper guts, and other random trash... kicking it into the water.. GROSS! I've been living in the city of Warner Robins for about 4 years now and I can honestly say when I first heard of the place and took my kids there , me and the kids had a very great time but this experience for us did not last very long . My kids are now 15 and 12. They have been to this complex maybe over 100 times for birthday parties and more ! For my oldest it was already explained that for drop offs at on Friday and Saturdays the kids had to be able to have $20 on the card . That's fine I understand rules and regulations but to my understanding that changed a couple of weeks ago . First I went to drop MY 15 year old off giving him 40 dollars and of course he had extra that he'd had already, sent him on his way but to my surprise my child was calling me back in less then 10 minutes saying he was being denied to enter the complex unless he was with a parent because he did not look 14 years of age WHEN they where correct because HE'S 15 ! They owner of Rigby's entertainment complex was outside harnessing kids as if all kids have an fucking Id he's 15 and just turnt 15 at that it doesn't matter if he did have a ID he's an kid . That was strike number one ! Strike number to is that the food there is overly price when the food isn't even up to standards! My food has sometimes came out disgustingly un pleasing! Food was cold or burnt . The poor concession workers look tired and burned out as well as the people standing in the very front while all trying to maintain a POSTIVE attitude and help customers out . Managers are awfully rude , especially the taller skinny white woman she looks as if she's not interested in coming to work and her tone seems very disrespectful. This is not the environment I would allow my kids to be in they have lost me as a customer for the rest of their days . The managers are lazy and pitiful this sob ass of a place . Plenty of my kids friends have made it known that it's not a great place to work , they get treated unfairly managers have favorites. They like to work the hell out of people they know that will work the people get underpaid ( which are usually our teens and young college adults these are our kids friends , classmates and etc ) this whole place is disgusting. This is a place where the Marketing Manager was so disrespectful to my daughter. You would think the workers are to blame for the chaos going on there but they are not. Gracie Preston Rigby, Marketing Mgr. is behind it all. I witnessed it up close and personal myself. One of the main problems that worked my nerves on my child's last night was, just as my child was going on break, she was told to relieve another worker. My child worked a 5 1/2! shift on foot the entire time. NO BREAK! Then she tells her she can't clock out until she finds out the girls name she relieved. Nevermind the fact, I'm parked outside and ready to go. Then lie to the other girl that was working with my daughter and said, she didn't say it. So, if she didn't say it why is she asking if she found out the girls name yet as my daughter is clocking out. Then she turns around and lies again and says she was concerned about my daughter. I'm standing right there. She didn't get her name and that became this lady entire quest of harassment toward my daughter. The other manager tried to cover for her indiscretion by saying, maybe she meant get to know your co workers. If you want these kids to get to know one another then you have an introductory orientation. Gold figure that I'm told would be on Tuesday April 30, 2024. Today! This was a very nice water park. We went during the week. Wasn't very crowded. Nice set up. However, the issues we did have was we had rented a cabana and even ordered our food early and it was late by 30 minutes and wasn't very tasty and was pricey. Also we had another family there and our orders came out in bits and pieces. Food and food service was subpar. Staff serving was not very friendly. Eat outside the park. The other issue was the bathrooms. They obviously were not cleaning them throughout the day. Obviously kids or maybe adults had urinated on the floor. There was poop in all the stalls just sitting and that was in both the mens and women's bathroom. Wife said there was a dirty on the floor that was there for hours. The other issue there were 4 boys in the lazy river and pool splashing and throwing the tubes. Every single life guard were telling them to stop along with patrons. According to life guard they can't kick them out; but to me they were causing a disturbance and ruining other families times. Maybe fix that also. The park is nice, but maybe work on the food and also bathroom cleanliness. read more

We went to the water park and arcade and my kids had really good time. Very clean facility, and even as it started to get crowded, it remained very well maintained. The water park is covered up with lifeguards who controlled the flow of things, monitored and managed kids trying to cut in line, and kept things really moving. The indoor entertainment center was a little crowded due to a storm that came through, but my kids had a great time. The go carts were fun, as well. We will head back and consider getting season passes next summer. read more

I visited the water park last week with my 5 year old niece and we had an AMAZING time! The tickets are a little expensive (hence 4 stars instead of 5) but worth every penny. We went during the day on a Wednesday and I was surprised that it wasn't crowded at all...and we stayed all day. The park is clean, beautiful, and very safe for smaller kids. My little one was even able to get on some of the big slides and she had so much fun! Tons of chairs and umbrellas around the park so you can always find a place to sit and leave your stuff while you play. The lifeguards really are the best at this place. They are stationed all over the park so we always felt safe. They are very friendly, nice, and ready to help. I always greeted with a smile and a friendly response whenever I approached a lifeguard. Definite kudos to the park for hiring and training such a young and friendly staff. The huge water park is great with many big slides and fountains. That was my favorite part. There is also a beautiful pool with a waterfall that my niece enjoyed jumping into. The water in that pool is only about 4 feet. There is also a really cool "kiddie pool" with smaller slides. The water in that pool is only about 2 feet. My niece liked that one the best because she didn't have to wear her arm floaties in this pool. There is also a lazy river that flows around the complex. It is a very nice relaxing ride. Again, many lifeguards stationed around the lazy river to help in case my little one fell off her tube and/or had issues. Lol! One small improvement could be made here...smaller tubes for the little kids. All the tubes are a bit large and my 5 year old had a hard time staying on. We didn't go inside the complex for food or drink, but I had packed a picnic in the car so we just went out into the parking lot to eat and then came right back in. They give you a hand stamp so you can come and go if you need to. I would love to go back and try the indoor part someday, but the water park is definitely enough fun to fill up a whole day and your kids will have a blast!!! read more

Spend your money elsewhere. Brought my 13 year old son here because he wanted to play mini golf and ride go karts. Paid $27 for two activities...two. While he was playing mini golf we noticed the go karts were very quiet, that's because they're electric. They are very slow electric karts. He changed his mind and decided to go play pool instead of riding karts. Well guess what? You have to be 21 to enter the room where the billiard tables are.... What? I mean what is the typical age customer coming to this place? I imagine they're not going to be 21. What a complete waste of time and money. Find something else to do. read more

I'll preface this review by saying that we visited on 12/28/17 as a married couple without children. Hubz & I went on a date day and decided to include this place. We had never been, and we wanted to do something different on our days off. It was early afternoon (1p-4p) when we arrived, but it was no matter as we didn't consider that it was winter break for the nearby schools. We walked into the dimly lighted space with no windows, and walked up to the unattended counter. After waiting 10 or so minutes with another group, a nice enough employee assisted us. Turns out, upon arrival you use one of two kiosks to load money onto a card. We decided on our budget, easily loaded money on the card, and we were off to the chaos. In summary, I found Rigby's understaffed and overcrowded. It was nice being able to go bowling, play razor tag, and enjoy a mix of classic and new age arcade games all in under one roof. I believe this experience was unlike one we could've gotten elsewhere in the area. That's a huge plus. But that doesn't change the fact that our overall experience would definitely have been better had there been better signage at the entry, staff at all counters, and more than 4 people working at a known busy time . I think it's a nice place for family fun. Just don't expect exceptional customer service. We're likely to return in spring or summer for the clown arcade game, go carts, mini golf ... & food. Visited the water park today for the twilight hours 4-6 for $10 a person. It was so much fun and a good price. My kids loved it and had a blast!! There were lifeguards placed all over the place. They were friendly, helpful, and did a great job. May try to get season tickets next year. read more

Normally, we love Rigby's. We've been multiple times for the water park. We had my daughters 6th birthday party there on August 17,2019. It was terrible. Our host seemed just as lost to the whole process as we were. We were told we would have cards with tokens/7$ fun cash but our host was holding them hostage till the end of the party. I had paid in full and my guest were ready for the arcade. The host went missing multiple times and we were unable to move on with the party. At first she said everyone just needed to get skates, then she said we needed arm bands and those cards. But we couldn't get the cards cause she wasn't giving them out till the end. It was all very confusing. Next time- we will just take her with friends and not have a scheduled party or hosted event. read more

I took 3 teens for a fun skate night out for the $5 Tuesday night skate recently. We had never been to this before. Since I grew up skating in the 1970's, I was excited to stay myself! There were very few people which made practicing my skills easier, but I began to notice that the music was "stuck" on a particular genre )which is not necessarily a bad thing as I am pretty open-minded about music styles...) However, the LYRICS of occasional songs were explicitly sexual-and I mean X-rated EXPLICIT. My teens seemed preoccupied with visiting and taking pictures, etc., so I don't think that they were paying much attention. They decided to go to the arcade, for which I was relieved I dont know how they choose the music, but I would suggest vetting the songs more carefully! This could be a reason why more people/families don't attend these sessions...Maybe we'll try it again in the future, but as is I can't recommend that specific session time. On a positive note, the staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful! The food and drinks were good and served in a clean, upbeat and modern atmosphere. The arcade had a great variety of games and the ticket redemption station had lots of great prizes to choose from read more

First time visiting Georgia. My family wanted to go skating. My brother wears a size 14 shoe and asked for skates. They worker provided him a size 14. My brother tried the skates on and the skates didn't fit. He then proceeded to take the skates back and ask for a bigger size and they didn't have them. When he asked if he could get the credits back on the card to do something else since we still had an hour left. The worker told him no refunds. So $15 wasted because the facility doesn't carry sizes bigger than a 14 and they also do not mention that if the skates doesn't fit you cannot get a refund. We were cheated. Terrible experience wouldn't be coming back here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE BIGGER FEET ASK TO TRY ON SKATES BEFORE LETTING THEM SWIPE YOUR CARD SO YOU DONT GET ROBBED LIKE WE DID. read more
