It did not say anywhere it's 21+ on their website or my calling them. They suck at customer service and make it look like a club with an entarance fee. I had the unfortunate displeasure of visiting this establishment recently, and I must say, it was nothing short of a disaster. I had my heart set on trying their so-called "Friend Chicken Sandwich," which, according to the menu, promised a mouthwatering combination of onion, bacon, tomatoes, and cheese. Imagine my shock and disappointment when I received my order, only to discover that it was nothing more than a plain, boring chicken sandwich. Where were the promised onions? Where was the crispy bacon that was supposed to add that extra layer of flavor? And don't get me started on the absence of tomatoes and cheese; it's like they didn't even bother to read their own menu. I tried to salvage the experience by taking a bite of the chicken, hoping that at least the main ingredient would be prepared well. But alas, it was overcooked and dry, which only added to my growing frustration. To top it all off, when I pointed out the discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received, the staff seemed uninterested and unapologetic, as if this was a common occurrence. This level of false advertising and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you do go make sure you pay with a credit card so if your order is lackluster you can dispute the charges. Shame on me for coming here again. The service is even worse then last time. We got here tonight, a Saturday night around 9pm. There's only one bartender and almost an hour wait in line for the bar. The tables are dirty but clearly if they don't have sufficient staff for the bar there's no one available up bust tables. The drink prices are ridiculous. We attempted to order food, we were advised they no longer have kids meals also that they were so busy that they aren't taking orders for the next 30 minutes. This place is actually horrible. It is not the ideal place if you want at least sub-par service. The service is horrible. They much rather take the time to play than to do what they have to do. I understand how it is to work at a busy environment, but it's been on multiple occasions that this establish has proven to be one of the worst places to spend your time. read more

Entrance fees is a rip off and bad business. This evening, we called before coming in to check to see if there were lanes available. We were told there would be 5 lanes available in the next 10 minutes. We were only 5 minutes away. When we arrived, we were unaware of the entrance fee. After we paid and proceeding to pay for bowling we were told it would be over an hour wait. We had an infant and did not want to wait. We were told we could not have our entrance fee back. We didn't do anything but walk from the door to ticket counter. This is a very bad business. You should have the information available at the entrance for the wait list for bowling, so people are not wasting money. read more

Absolutely terrible establishment. $5 entry fee that they return in a $5 ticket voucher. Lanes are by the hour and expensive. Shoes stick to the ground instead of slide, making injury very possible. Staff is as impolite and unhelpful as they come. If you want to bowl, I'd drive any distance to go anywhere but here. read more

Horrible. We went with our toddler at 10am on a Saturday expecting "family fun", which is advertised. Instead, we were treated to explicit music videos playing on big screens, music so loud we couldn't hear, and cosmic bowing. At 10am on a Saturday morning. I purchased the VIP room for my son's birthday on December 9. I arrived an hour early to be advised the room has been booked and reserved for another party. The supervisor was totally unprofessional and didn't offervan bnb apologies for the misinformation that was given to me. I look on Facebook the evening pf my child's party and guess what, all of the staff are in the party room partying away with the birthday girl. Mistake I think not!!!!!! Never thought I'd love bowing but it's a lot of fun! We ordered food and drinks from the bar and had a really good time. The shoe rentals were clean and there are plenty of options when choosing your bowling balls. I took a star off because it's a little expensive for a bowling alley in Macon, Ga. Hard to find assistance when there is a problem with the lane. We used the help button 3 times for 2 different issues. No one came. My son and I had to go look for people. Went on a Wednesday night, which is a good time to go. It was not crowded. I'm told Friday and Saturday nights are hellish. The bowling was fun. The food sucked. We had some slider burgers and fries. The sliders were tough as leather, heavily overcooked. The fries were cold and tasted reheated. Also, the food service staff did NOT have a sense of urgency AT ALL. It took about 30 minutes to get our food. TIP - If you are going to order food and drink, do it before you get an assigned lane. You are charged by the hour and the clock starts when your lane is assigned, so you want to be ready to bowl. We will go back and we will eat at a real restaurant before we go. read more

The staff is untrained and rude, the bartender is unqualified, did not know how to make any of the drinks we ordered or any on the menu or on the specials board, plus it took her 20 minutes to make 2 drinks and ring them up after we talked her through how to make them. We were a party of 12 so we lost additional bowling time waiting on drinks. The bar was dirty with a sticky counter and floor. The beer taps were empty with no one there to change them out. They closed the kitchen so early we couldn't order food. Wasted another 20 minutes of our bowling time having to fix the lane. One young women worker sat on the counter for the 3 hours we were there doing nothing except talking on her phone. When she was asked a question, she got rude because we interrupted her call. It was a total Sh*t show. Who ever owns this place must not care much about their patrons. You might as well go to Stars & Strikes or Dave & Busters. Then, you won't be wasting money on arcade games that charge you completely up the ass. I'm talking- 4.00 for some of these games just to play them one time. A 10 dollar bill shouldn't last you less than 5 minutes in an arcade that claims to be "knock down family fun!". Its more-so "knock down family funds!" I recommend this place to anyone who has 5 minutes if freetime on their hands and wants to spend it impulsively on games that should be have the credits as they were priced. We were here last Saturday. The kids always have fun so no problem there. The problem is my wife ordered and paid by credit card for two orders of cheese sticks. That is about $20. They came over later and said they were out of cheese sticks. That was no big deal and my wife asked for a refund. We were told they do not do refunds and only give you a card with the money on it to play games. That policy is a racket and is bs pure and simple. A one star rating is putting it kindly. This was a very disappointing experience. First of all, there is a lingering smell as if a baby has an unchanged diaper. I kept looking around to see if there was an infant near us and there wasn't. When our one-hour bowling ended, we decided to split up, with my son playing games and the rest of the adults playing pool. On the game side, so many games were not even operable. Then there was games that seemed operable, meaning you could swipe your game card, but the game itself wouldn't even start up. When we went to attempt another game, our card balance was $0. Confused, I went to the counter for assistance and was told we swiped our card six times at a game when I know good and well it was only swiped twice. I refuse to return to this horribly managed establishment. I didn't even get an attitude with the younger members of the staff because they are teenagers and somebody's child who's making an honest day's wages. The tragedy is in the leadership. When you have quality managers, you will have a better prepared staff, but here it seems that management's standards are so low that the staff is unable to follow anything higher. Get it right, raise the bar, or shut this place down and let these young ppl work somewhere else where they can gain the proper experience and elevate their work ethic. read more

The menu is consistently bad, but after a major holiday this venue still had not restocked. They were out of two brands of soda and many food items, ie potato skins. Two of the 10 cheese sticks we ordered had no cheese inside. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper and the stalls were a wreck. The loud music was playing the same 8 songs for the two hours we were there. The prices are outrageous. You just about have yo be a mathematician to determine a value bundle. Management and staff were courteous and knowledgeable. This venue could be such a nice place, and even worth the money, if they would just go the extra mile in some areas. read more

We visited on a Thursday afternoon during the holidays and did several of the attractions - time freak, laser tag, rock wall and bowling as well as the arcade. I have came here several times usually with no complaints. It's usually crowded and you might have to wait a while to get something. This Tues. my son and I went to get some specials that were on the web page. The bartender that was watching tv in another room told us they didn't do that. We went to order some food no one was there. Several walked by looked at us and kept walking. Finally we got somebody and asked for a menu and they couldn't find any. Finally a young teen lady (the only one you seemed to be concerned found one) 2 other adults couldn't. The young teen took our order while running another register. I asked to speak to a manager and waited10 or so minutes before just not worrying about it. We got our food which was good. The manager came and told me that they don't honor the specials during times when the schools are out. I will be back but just to bowl and play games. Your customer service skills are terrible except Keasia which I think was the only person that gave good customer service. Shady business practices. We took my nephew to Pin Strikes on Sheraton for his birthday. We were going to have his cake there like we always did at Gold Cup and Johnny G's. However, they have a policy that you can't bring in a cake unless you purchase a party package. We never saw this on their website. It's not very informative. That's fine. But waiting until we had paid for regular bowling and ordered pizza with cake sitting right there where I know they saw it and then telling us several minutes later is shady. That's not good business. They should have told us before we paid. I was nice, though. It was kind of painful. read more

This is definitely an awesome place to go for the entire family. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. The food is surprisingly really good, especially for this type of establishment. The facilities are great. Nice lanes and clean. That is where the good ends. The staff is not very helpful or happy. It is like everyone that works here would rather be somewhere else. You get the feeling that by being there the customer is bothering them. Went to purchase time on a lane to bowl. Went to their website and specifically went on a Monday to take advantage of the Monday deal. $7.99 per hour. I was told that was not available. Hmmm. Seemed strange. It was Monday all day. Website stated deal all day Monday. I asked to speak to the manager. When he finally came out I was informed that this deal was not available during spring break. The manager stated this was listed online. When I got home I checked. WRONG. Buyer beware at this place. If you do not go on a discount day this place is way over priced. I recommend calling ahead to verify any deals they list online since they are willing to change them anytime. I can find a better way to spend my time and money in Macon. First I would like to say that that being a kid I noticed that this place had the worst costumer service. I had to get bowling shoes . I waited while five workers walked by me. Not to mention that they over booked my class and my teacher yelled at the worker and they gave are class free laser tag. Later my friend and I wanted to play on the rock wall but no one was at the desk we waited while we watch two works play catch. Then my class and the other class was there all ran into the laser tag room he waited till everyone got in then told people to leave . I picked up a laser tag jacket and gun I was trying to turn it on as my screen turner rainbowie . I looked around at everyone else's was working after trying to get the young mans attention I told him politely that my gun wasn't working. He then told me that it always did that. We ran in and the game started, I'm usually good at this but my freaking gun didn't shoot. After the game another girl had the same problem . I walked up to the same man that told me my gun was fine and said that my gun didn't work at all . He said " yeah we need to get those fixed " I told him " yeah you do!
