Our Signature Fundraiser "Cruisin' for a Cause" landed on a night with 28‑mph winds, microbursts, and conditions that made it impossible for the boat to leave the dock--but Ryan and his team handled every challenge with professionalism, calm, and genuine kindness. They welcomed all of our running around as we set up food, raffles, and the silent auction, and when the weather shifted at the last minute, they helped us move everything inside without hesitation. Their attitude was easygoing and supportive throughout, always reminding us that safety comes first, and making sure our guests were comfortable. Thanks to their flexibility and generosity, our "dock party" turned into a wonderful, memorable night. The view was still gorgeous, the bartenders were friendly, the beautiful boat rocked just enough to feel fun, and the atmosphere was full of community spirit. Ryan himself was an enthusiastic supporter of CWCO, and his partnership helped make our fundraiser a true success. We are already looking forward to next year. This is an $11,000+ part. I am lucky enough to own the exact model boat that this part will fit on. I emailed with Will a few times and spoke on the phone a few times. The marina is almost 4 hours away from my house & the only time that I was able to get away from work to go pick up the part was during the holiday season. Will gave me his personal cell # so that I could call him when I got up there & he sent one of his employees over to help me load the part - even though the marina was closed at the time. The part is in very good condition with some cosmetic scratches. Once painted, it will be perfect. There aren't too many of this model boat that this part would fit, so it may have been difficult to find a buyer if he had tried to sell it, BUT... it is a heavy aluminum part, several hundred pounds, and he could have scrapped it and made money just off of the value of the aluminum. What a nice marina, I wish it wasn't so far from my home and my boating. It is in a great location with beautiful scenery. Both Will and Jason (the one who helped me load the part) were very nice. If I am ever boating in the Naples area, I will absolutely go to Moose Landing Marina. THANKS WILL!

Also, the water was very clear and clean. One interesting note is that Sebago Lake provides the water supply for the entire city of Portland, ME. The tap water there had a delicious, clean taste from the fresh water of Sebago Lake.

Staff was super friendly and they were helping an inexperienced customer next to us become confident enough to try this fun sport. I think they gave her some free ground school before launching them, which is A+++. $25pp/hour was a reasonable rate, and they didn't mind we went a little over our hour. Staff carried boards to town dock for us to launch. Only thing that would have earned 5 stars (and a tip to the staff) would have been seeing us on our return trip and helping us transport the boards back the shop (it's right across the street though). With a 13 year old niece I could manage carrying both, but if one or both of the young helpers were around it would have been a quick $10 tip IMO. All in all, great small business and it's the 2nd summer I have rented from them. If I haven't bit the bullet and bought some boards by next summer I will be renting from them again! P.S. They are selling off their rentals right now for around $650 a board... great time to pick up a lightly used SUP!
