Instead of fixing it, an untrained technician completely destroyed my windshield, cracking it beyond repair. They took my car into the back without explaining any options, risks, or processes to my elderly husband, then sent him home with zero formal damage paperwork, telling him someone would just "show up Monday." When I demanded answers, the technician openly admitted to both of us that he lacked the training for this repair! Worse, his colleague apologized and promised to send "someone more experienced" next time--admitting they let completely unqualified people work on customers' cars. The man who broke my windshield was sarcastic, nonchalant, and acted like their mistake was our problem. To top it off, the Manager on Duty explicitly told me he "didn't want to get involved" or talk to me because he was just filling in. Total lack of accountability.
