He is excellent at his job, to the effect that he is capable of selling sand to an Arab :) Excellent product knowledge and very eager to assist. The shop floor was well arranged & clean. It was easy to find what we needed and there were employees eager to assist where ever required. The billing counter also was quite efficient and didn't take much time. Overall a satisfied customer :)

I dropped my pc off for a simple upgrade in my storage and date transfer I would have done it myself at this point if I had enough more knowledge but after YouTube there nothing to it ,I was first told 3 days to call after no word on my pc to hear it's not there, the manager told me they will make it there too priority and only take 2 days now 4 days after that, all they have done was installed in ssd card and 2H in to the date transfer and now my pc is crashing out of now where I had new parts put in over 6 month ago now with zero problem before taking it in
