It was easy to find what we needed and there were employees eager to assist where ever required. The billing counter also was quite efficient and didn't take much time. All of the other businesses I contacted tried to be helpful by suggesting I send the thing back to BOSE or they just couldn't help at all. Robert was curious and willing to take a look, here and now, promising not to charge anything if he couldn't fix it. Well, within 24 hours he called back; problem fixed.
