All of the sales associates I've encountered at this location are very knowledgable, probably the most knowledgable for a cellular store that I've encountered as of yet. This doesn't mean they always have the solution to all problems, but at least they try their best to find you a resolution . My only cons regarding this store is how small it is (honestly I'm sure Bell mobility can afford a larger, more comfortable space), and secondly it seems like every transaction here requires tons and tons of paperwork.. I find this highly conspicuous since it is 2014 after all, and paperless is the name of the game these days. I don't know how they can represent themselves as "green" if modifying your contract results in enough printed paperwork to sign that a small village in the Amazon probably gets wiped out for every new contract. I'm aware that this is negligence on the part of the parent company, but i feel that it should be mentioned anyway cause it may be something that some people may take into consideration when choosing a wireless carrier.

He took the time to clearly answer every question I had (and there were a lot!) Technology can sometimes put a person out of their comfort zone, but Daniel made this a very calm experience. This is perhaps the best customer service I have experienced lately. I hope his employer appreciates the expert knowledge and personable manner of this young man. I know I do!

Saved me money on my monthly bill and got me more data as well! Was not pressured into a sale and he spent the time making sure I understood everything before I left. Hard to find this level of customer service these days which is why I felt the need to write a review. Was initially turned off by other negative reviews surrounding this store, but after talking to Matt and finding out he recently took over this store as manager, it seems like there's been a lot of positive changes in staffing and the way the store is managed.
