So my wife broke her phone screen on her Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra and being a $1000 phone I wanted…read moreto get it replaced for her. Went to City Cell for the repair. Mine there told me it would be $200 +75 labor, and this was in line with what I was seeing the prices were online. I want to first give a kudos for Mike NOT charging that bullshit transaction fee that so many places are starting to do. So good on Mike for that one. The install job he did itself was great but there was a significant problem: this new screen was a generic 3rd party screen that was significantly smaller in size and noticeable because the S22 and up from Samsung have a semi curved edge that gives the phone a unique look. This was not the case with this new screen. Also this screen is incapable of producing 120hz even though the phone setting will still say that it's on. I mentioned this to Mike and I'm not trying to verbally beat the guy up in this review but he did get defensive and dismissive about it. I showed him side by side two identical phones (the one having this generic screen) the difference between 60hz and 120hz. He really wasn't interested. In the end I just requested that he puts the old cracked screen back on and I reluctantly had to make him a deal where he'd get this sub par screen back and keep $40 out of all this. So he did refund the money and losing out $40 was still better than making a civil case out of this. But I'm just left wondering how someone who works on screens doesn't know the difference in screen refresh rates.

The owner Mike continues to be the best to work with. I've purchased several phones and cell phone…read moreplans with him over the past 5 years and have no complaints. He's always gone out of his way to help me. Highly recommend.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by everyone who was working and told the rep who was helping me I wanted to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to the Samsung Galaxy S9, and to make it even better, they had it in the lilac colour! The rep went over everything with me, and told me that there was a promotion for a plan that was cheaper and I'd be getting more data, which is awesome. The phone was $0 on my tab, plus the regular $35 connection fee, and the phone is beautiful. I was absolutely happy with the wonderful service and care I received from this location. I definitely will be taking my parents here to get new phones when they're ready to upgrade.

I really hope this review gets to Rogers head office as these 2 young men definitely deserve some recognition from "the higher-ups". they should have Josh & Andrew run a workshop for other employees. definitely great assets to Rogers.

When I worked in the service industry 30 years ago, providing good customer service was important…read moreto a business. Businesses depended on good customer service in order to have return clientele. However, today I did not experience good customer service. I waited for 20 minutes before a customer service rep came up to me and asked "How can I help you?" as they commonly do in a Verizon store. I sat for about 20 minutes watching her talk with a customer about her daughter who worked as a marketing rep and had degrees from Bowling Green State University and Tiffin University. I could tell you her family history, about her move from Louisville to Fremont, and her education at St. Joe High School, but I really don't care. I just wanted to have my phone serviced. When she was done talking with the customer, she finally waited on me--reluctantly. And when I finally got an actual customer service rep who could service my phone, he had a big wad of chewing gum in his mouth. I was out at that point. Out.

Horrible location. Would recommend you drive to any other Verizon store if you have that option…read more Had an issue with a cell phone not charging. 4 people behind the desk allegedly they were working, but all had their noses in their on phones and seems unaware they were actually at present at their place of employment. It seemed oblivious or didn't care that they were in a customer service position and I assume we're receiving some type of monetary compensation for the service they were not providing customers. The person that actually attempted to help me, ended up misdiagnosing my problem which resulted in me having to make two trips to the store that day. On my second trip in, not so much as a I'm sorry you had to come back again. I had to ask repeatedly to get some type of return receipt for the original item I was sold that I was returning because it did not solve my charging issues. They acted like actually some type of record that I did not keep the previously paid for item was a completely new concept. The manager Brandon was the rudest of them all. Completely put out that he actually was being asked service a customer, rather than whatever was so important in his own phone. He was so Surly from being taken away from mentally masturbating to where ever was going on in his own phone. The other three workers that were ignoring everybody else in the store practically, we're all in their early twenties. Brandon was not. If you need your phone serviced without some tiny man taking out their own self-loathing on you, go somewhere else.
