No apology at all from the man that I spoke to - I cannot believe that I am invisible - I am almost five foot seven and not a tiny person by any means. Here is what I learned - the customer does not matter to them at all unless perhaps you are local - could that have been it - my zip code was not local so they did not care? No apology, no offer of anything to compensate for my wasted time.

I believe there is also a Zumba room on the 1st floor, and various classes that you can take. There is a main big pool, a smaller pool for kids, and a playing area for kids. There is also a hot tub and sauna which are great! Lobby has a juice bar, and they offer towels, and have a seating area with a charging station. They have a smoothie bar, protein snacks, powders and potions for you hardcore types. And the weight room is full of all the free weights you need, the full gamut of machines for circuit training, and even some of that new fangled cross training Box gym equipment. The owners are hands on, on site. Have I missed anything? Yes... they've got 2 Expresso bikes, my favorite, let's get another 1 or 2, and plenty of stair climbers, ellipticals, treadmills, and the like. Once I got a hold of the manager she was very rude off the bat and hit me with a you sign a contract and there is no refund and nothing she can do. Would have appreciated not being told I could work something out with her, then being hit with you sign a contract. Very slimy and rude would not recommend going here.
