we had an okay experience here. We did the couples massage for my fiancés 30th birthday in which I was so excited to gift him. They asked if we preferred the guy or gal for who did our massages, I, took the girl and my male fiance took the male. The guy doing his massage every time I peeped over, wasn't massaging him! He would be sitting there with his hand on his stomach and just standing with his eyes closed. We were both a little weirded out, and felt a bit ripped off as we both asked for firm and he for sure didn't get that. We booked massages as a treat to ourselves prior to vacation. I was paired with Chloe and WOW, she did a phenomenal job! I had been snowmobiling earlier that week and was quite sore. She was very responsive and worked the areas I mentioned that needed attention. I did the CBD add on and it was amazing how much better my muscles felt! My friends and I loved our experience here! The staff was super nice and did a great job with all of our massages. We made an appointment for 1 90 minute deep tissue, 1 90 minute swedish, and 2 60 minute swedish with a 30 minute foot scrub add-on. Before you start your session, your masseuse will go over any focus areas or areas you'd like to leave alone. Every massage bed was heated which felt so nice and comfortable. The masseuse I had (I think her name was Nell?) was very attentive and made sure to always ask me if I was okay with the pressure level and if I was feeling okay. She also used hot stones for the massage and it was so fluid and smooth that sometimes you couldn't tell when it was her hands or the stones (apart from the temperature difference). read more

While staying at The Lodge at White fish Lake, I their spa services were not available except for a 50 min massage. It was to my good fortune to find Natural Elements. Prior to my vacation I called and expressed what I was looking for in spa services. I'm especially picking about my massages as I've been a massage therapist for over 30 years and have issues with my neck. Deborah is a excellent professional massage therapist. I also had a brow tint , eyelid wax & amazing coffee body scrub with Alice. Alice was very knowledgeable and a delight to chat with. I highly recommend this Spa. What a great experience. They greated us with water. The place was very clean and the therapists were very friendly. I have had many massages before. We called Natural Elements to book three services after a long 17-Mile hike in Glacier NP. Our shoulders, feet, and legs were aching from carrying backpacks and walking for 10 hours. (After a few days of additional hiking!) Luckily they were able to fit us all in at 3:00 the next day for 2 massages and 1 facial, which also included some massage (which the person in our group who settled for the facial was glad of!) The prices were very reasonable and the massages/facial were some of the best we've ever had. So relaxing. Corinne and Deborah targeted the sore areas we mentioned while also being very thorough with our full body massages. Alice offered not only a great facial, but some relaxing massage as well. Ok. I booked a 90 with cupping and a facial. Both, services were good. I'm a LMT as well. So I know how this works. I thought my massage was at 10 and facial at 11:30. I got a reminder for my facial not my massage. So I call to make sure my facial was after my massage. She told me that my masage started now. I was like yikes I'll be there in 15 minutes. I made is like 20. I got both services and was cut on time. My fault 100%. I was stopped early on my facial for clean up. Which should only take 5 min I was stopped 15 minutes. Ok. Anyway. I wanted to rebook for both. Alice , who wasn't even included in any of my services, gave me a lecture about being on time, that they had to get up for me and should have been there. My mind went like. I've been doing this for over 20 years. I really thought my massage was at 10 facial at 11:30. Anyway, I didn't want to rebook after the lecture. I paid full price for all services knowing it was my fault I was late. I tipped the normal tip too. I won't be going back no matter how good my services were, due to Alice's lecture. read more
