They are short staffed and even with a CONFIRMED appointment they turned us away and asked us to return at a later time. The excuse - " you made a same day appointment and we didn't have time to confirm if we had enough help".... the problem is I made the appointment on YOUR website, at a time your website allowed the appointment to be made. Additionally, you sent me a text message CONFIRMING my appointments. I checked in as requested and after waiting for 10 mins ... I was advised I can't be serviced until later in the day. Gas is over $4 a gallon. I drove from Riverside to this CONFIRMED appointment, to be turned away. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Staff is pretty nice, they're all pretty sweet and the nail techs are very gentle with your nails, however I requested something that I didn't get, went to get them re done and still not the same. I will hold myself accountable for not speaking up during the process but if you also can't do something there's nothing wrong on saying that you can't. Don't charge me saying that you will and give me wrong results twice. The length on some of my nails are different, ones are sharper than other ones and the color is completely far off from the picture reference. I was really excited but didn't turned out as I thought, I did not have a good experience performance-wise. I'm not going a third time since there's no point on doing that or complaining through the phone because unfortunately, I do not wanna go back. Pretty disappointed :(

I sat waiting for nearly 30 minutes. Got pedicure up to the polish and the girl walked away. I am guessing she isn't licensed to actually polish nails just wash and lotion feet. Others came in that apparently had appointments. My grand daughters pedi was done and she's getting her nails done as over an hour in I'm still sitting with no toes polished and my nails still needing done. I'm not sure if on a Friday they are so understaffed or what. If I wasn't leaving for VA on a plane at 6:00 am I would walk out after they were done with my grand daughter. Sadly I'm stuck.

Finding out that they were run by the same ladies and being welcomed by them again face to face was a most wonderful experience. They took a especially good care of my niece, as this was her very first time getting salon nails. And though we had a small hiccup with the gel builder application by the first technician, the owner quickly took over and resolved it before I even had to say a word! THAT is stellar service! I would not recommend this nail salon…read more I've been here twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. While they do greet customers when they arrive, the staff doesn't come across as particularly friendly or welcoming. During my second visit for a pedicure, the technician had to repaint my big toe twice, which made me question the quality of the service. I also got a full set with two designs, and instead of hand-painting the artwork as expected, stickers were used. To make matters worse, after only about a week and a half, four of my nails started lifting from the cuticle area. I'm not sure what products or glue were used, but I've had full sets last much longer without this issue. What bothered me most was that while I was getting my nails done, another employee loudly commented that I needed my eyebrows done. It felt unnecessary, unprofessional, and embarrassing to hear that in front of other customers. For a pedicure and full set with two designs, I paid $180, which felt overpriced for the quality of service I received. They also only accept cash tips, which is inconvenient since customers cannot add a tip when paying by card. The Wi-Fi was poor as well. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and quality did not match the price. Based on my experiences, I won't be returning.
