My boss treated me and another co-worker to two hour massages here. Staff is excellent, nice and super accommodating. All three of us agreed these were the best massages we've ever had. I had Twyla for hot stone and she put me to sleep twice. Snoring...asleep. My boss, a spa aficianado, had Marguerita for hers and said it was the best massage she's ever had. High praise! Definitely recommend adding the scalp and foot enhancements. Spa menu food menu and snacks were adequate and had a good variety. Now for the lack of one star: The space itself feels a little bit like an afterthought of Peter Bos (the developer ). Only two chaises in the tiny women's lounge and railings that are totally unnecessary given you can't get out to the balcony and totally obstruct the awesome view of the east pass (picture is from standing position, over said railing). Both showers give you the option of SCALDING hot or trickle of cool. I mean, I like a HOT shower and this was too much for even me. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are in dispensers on wall, but aren't spa quality. No hooks in the huge shower (probably an 8x8 space) to hang a towel or robe so the only place to put it is in the outer portion of the enclosure, forcing you to walk across tile floor in front of frosted glass door that leads to locker area dripping wet and naked. Fun! There is a long counter with two sinks by the bathrooms but other than that, no place to do your makeup really and no hair dryers etc (this might be due to COVID though). In summation: great for a massage but lacking for an overall girls day spa experience. read more

To pay that kind of money, I'd rather go to The Henderson. My $75 manicure/gel nails were not as good even at cheaper places that I've had done back home, to be honest it's probably the worst I've ever had. 20% gratuity added automatically which just gives no incentive to do a good job. I had a facial which was fine, but there website needs to be updated since specials weren't available as summer specials were now in and I like to read what I'm getting first before I just get a quick speech of what it is over the phone. My husband and I recently treated ourselves to a day at the spa. We normally do go to the Spa at Emerald Grande. Nigel performed one of the best massages I have ever had! My husband said Amy gave him a great massage, too! She certainly rocked my sugar scrub! Kudos to Nicole, Kayleigh and Angie, too! They make a great team! Great service and great massage experience for a first timer! We were greeted by friendly staff that offered us selections from the mimosa menu, and showed us to the changing rooms for our robes and lockers. We enjoyed a drink on their terrace. We are so so sad we didn't try this sooner!!! Even during Covid-19 the staff we extremely attentive and friendly!! I received a complimentary drink and felt respected the whole time. Now, don't even get me started with the Swedish massage!!!!! OMG it was the best massage I've ever had!!! Our lady was amazing and was so considerate. Everything is completely private and secluded. I had a massage with DJ he was very professional. I was totally relaxed and felt very safe. I just wish I had gotten there earlier as to spend more time enjoying all the extras they had to offer. Well worth every dollar they charge. Look forward to going there again, you can also have lunch, and enjoy their pool area afterwards. I decided to go get my nails done there after my great experience with the message, I did not partake of any of the extra spa admit ties only the infused water, however just sitting in the lounge chairs overlooking the gulf is spectacular in it self. Visiting the area and scheduled a couples 90 min massage. The service was good and staff friendly. Our massage room was very small though. The four of us were squeezed in. I think our masseuses bumped into each other a couple of times. We both used the dry sauna after the massage. The individual locker area had changing area, reading/relaxing area overlooking the hotel pool and ocean, showers and a wet sauna. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I walked off the elevator and was warmly welcomed by two ladies behind the counter. One of the happened to be the Director! I spoke with her while I waited in the lobby and was truly shocked at how attentive she was with me and still managed to pick up calls and greet other guests. The services they provide are nothing short of amazing, but what really surprised me was after talking with the Director, I found out how much they give back to the community. Not the top 5 spas in Destin. Massage was decent, but she was slamming drawers at the end when I was trying to wake up. The sauna is very small, can fit a couple people, but hopefully you know each other because you will be touching. They have a lounge area over looking harbor and pool, but there is a railing in the middle of your view. And only 3 chairs look out the window, people can see right in as well. I will not return, they offer a 10% local/military, but still add a 20% gratuity. Other spas have better packages with better pricing. You can purchase wine or a smoothie which is nice, but they are $10+ each. read more

This place does not deserve to call itself a spa. It's basically an area off of the fitness room that has rooms for spa services. The hostess, when we walked in was shameful & rude. They knew we were there for our anniversary and did nothing to acknowledge that or make it exponential service. In fact, was nobody around to help for service. You walk straight into what are public bathroom stalls, like the ones at a children's public school. It's sad. Waited a long time in a small space with a lot of people. The lounge area? Finally get to the massage part, I told the massage therapist where my pain was and she "treated" the wrong side. It was also very uncomfortable to have my body rubbed for an hour. This felt nothing like a massage or a relaxing experience. I have had many. Been to a lot of places in the area. Shame on this place and their standard of service. Better off going the the massage therapist at the chiropractor. No thank you. Never again. read more

This place is great!!!! Awesome customer service and a great massage. The ambiance is very elegant. They have a lovely lounge area with chairs overlooking the ocean. Prices are decent and worth every penny. Don't go anywhere else in the area, the other places are a hole in the wall in comparison. I will definitely return the next time we're here. read more
