Everything is made to order and the spreads are always incredible. One of the best perks about the Inn! It's romantic and relaxing all rolled into one vacation. The customer service from each lady at the Inn is outstanding. They truly care about your vacation and constantly check in to make sure you're more than happy with your stay. Heather even made hot tea for my husband one day and brought it out to him by the pool. So kind. Our air conditioner had an issue one night and we were promptly given a key to another room where we could sleep for the night. Heather had maintenance out the next morning and the issue was taken care of quickly. We have stayed in the Flamingo room and the Serenity room all times we've been here. These are the only two rooms located in the spa building and the heated mineral pool is right outside their doors. We love The White Orchid Inn and Spa and already look forward to the day when we return. The ladies really made our trip special this time around and we are grateful for that. My wife and I are both disabled veterans and she made sure she tailored the class within our comfort zone. She helped us understand what we can do to help each other cope and ease some of the pain we have from our years of military service. Having someone come into our home and interacting with us is especially hard with our mental health issues i.e. PTSD/anxiety, etc but she was very caring and made the experience as relaxing as she could.
