The White Orchid Inn and Spa is near and dear to my heart. I believe we've been staying here since 2014 and the place only gets better with age. This is also the special place where my husband asked me to marry him in 2016. The owner, Heather, is so friendly and generous. She makes the best cheese plates in the afternoons for happy hour and the BEST omelettes for breakfast. By the way, breakfast and happy hour is included with your stay. Everything is made to order and the spreads are always incredible. One of the best perks about the Inn! It's romantic and relaxing all rolled into one vacation. The customer service from each lady at the Inn is outstanding. They truly care about your vacation and constantly check in to make sure you're more than happy with your stay. Heather even made hot tea for my husband one day and brought it out to him by the pool. So kind. Our air conditioner had an issue one night and we were promptly given a key to another room where we could sleep for the night. Heather had maintenance out the next morning and the issue was taken care of quickly. We have stayed in the Flamingo room and the Serenity room all times we've been here. These are the only two rooms located in the spa building and the heated mineral pool is right outside their doors. We love The White Orchid Inn and Spa and already look forward to the day when we return. The ladies really made our trip special this time around and we are grateful for that. I'm generally not into large chain hotels if I don't have to stay in one, so I picked this Inn because it had some cool photos and sounded interesting. It was perfectly near Flagler beach area but far enough away from a lot of noise.. and best of all ... DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN!!! In a way, I didn't realize how close the building was !! So if anything, you have to stay here just for that perk!! We just planned a quick one night stay for a stay-cation, so we didn't need anything fancy. There is a publix right down the street so we picked up some quick snacks and drinks before heading to the hotel. We got there after their normal office hours and we were able to get into the building efficiently, which no worry. Our room was clean and set up when we got in. We had ordered a cute little package so we had champagne, strawberries dipped in chocolate and roses everywhere!! Now that's good service. Our room was the room overlooking the ocean, and just WOW. The balcony perfectly sits overlooking the ocean, which a nice large sliding door to the outside. In the morning we had a FULL service breakfast !!! Please refer to photo. When the website said breakfast was included, I just imagined some bagels ... omg no!! We had a breakfast burrito and I had a quiche. Refer to photo. They had some bikes we were able to just take out and explore the area with, foooo freeee. No crazy renting issues. The workers spoke about how this hotel was getting some seriously cool upgrades in the future, and I can't wait to come back!! We had the entire joint to ourselves - while unique, it was a little freaky when we were the only ones there as Management goes offsite after hours. Check in - seamless. The White Orchid Inn is a hidden gem on Flagler Beach. I have to admit, I had reservations about staying there, but when we arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The owners have done an amazing job at making this space beautiful and inviting. Our room was clean, cool and restful. The view overlooking the crystal blue pool and gardens was nice as well. The daily breakfast was delicious. I recommend the make your own omelet: spinach, chorizo, tomatoes, feta and cheddar. Yeah, I said it... feta AND cheddar. You'll thank me. During your stay you'll have to make time for a dip in the warm mineral pool. I found it incredibly relaxing for my sore muscles and racing mind. My favorite part of this beautiful space was the quick walk to the beach where I could practice yoga. It was incredibly peaceful. read more

This was probably one of the best massages I have ever had. I had the Lomi Lomi massage with Gabrielle. She uses soft coconut oil along with essential oils and hot towels. In addition to her hands, Gabrielle also uses her forearms, in long sweeping motions. It gives even pressure on the area she is working on. I had the 60 minute massage and it was a true full body front and back. Absolutely wonderful. If you go, make sure you take a bathing suit because you can use there pools as long as you want. Really a place to put on your list if you are anywhere in the area. We were staying in Ormond Beach and it was a nice 15 minute drive. Well worth the time and the price was only $85. I can't say enough good things about this place. My mom got my sister and I a spa day for Christmas and have to say it was one of the best gifts ever . We were able to pick to services in our package and I went for the facial and deep tissue massage. The facial was great and left my face feeling smooth and glowing. However, the massage was absolutely amazing. Everything about it was perfect - so good I almost feel asleep I was so relaxed. The pressure was perfect and everything I had mentioned/asked for was addressed. Didn't have have to say one word during the entire massage - everything was just right. I was in a walking comatose start afterwards because I was so relaxed. We didn't have time, but there are two pools - one regular and one mineral you can use. Or the ocean right across the street is a nice option too. :) After our treatments we went the main hotel area and had lunch of curry chicken salad. It was SO GOOD and just right after a day of feeling healthy and clean - the beach view did not hurt either. I have a few family members from out of who have stayed at the hotel and have made repeat visits - so I can guess the hotel accommodations are just as great as the spa and restaurant. Everyone at the White Orchard is so welcoming, wonderful and laid back! It's a nice change pace for anyone coming from the fast pace of the north east. read more

The boyfriend and I wanted to spend our 1 year anniversary somewhere unique. We looked for a Bed+Breakfast- we were a little nervous about this type of accommodations as it would be a first for both of us. We read many great reviews and loved the site pictures for the 10-room or so White Orchid. We booked the inn and made our way over. What a wonderful place!! Right on the beach, quaint, quiet, cozy, and the rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, some of them include an in-room jacuzzi. The pools were clean and the heated pool was definitely hot - much better for cooler months, it was a little too warm outside in August to take advantage of it for more than a min or two. The inn offers packages for most typical occasions - romantic, girls weekend, relaxation - including an on site spa with normal massage/facial/wraps services. (We did not use the spa) We spent more time in the mornings and afternoon at the beautiful beach across the street. The area across from the inn is less busy, which was fine with us! You can walk about 5 minutes down to the Flagler beach pier for more interaction if that's what you are looking for. Upon arrival the husband/owner gave us a quick tour around the place - showed us where we could take the beach chairs or bicycles out at our leisure. I absolutely loved coming down for breakfast each morning, prepared fresh to order by the husband+wife duo. The food was delicious! Omelets, french toast, breads, spreads, juices, coffee, and that is a minimal list for the offerings. They also had an afternoon social hour. We are early risers and took advantage of the beautiful mornings walking a few miles down the A1A taking in all the oddities and variety of beach/decor themed houses. Quite interesting to say the least! I cannot say enough good things about how much we enjoyed our stay here! A must do if you're looking for that peace and quiet to spend alone or with a loved one. read more

The White Orchid pampered me for 3 glorious days. I loved the serene Room With a View and enjoyed taking some time to write at that elegant corner table overlooking the ocean. The breakfasts were amazing and made to order! (Thanks for accommodating my veggie diet!) The massages were heavenly. The easy ocean access allowed me to walk on the shore at sunrise and sunset, wracking up an easy 10,000 steps on my Fitbit. The afternoon wine and snacks with the other guests was also delightful! What a gem of a place. Stayed two nights and did a couples package at the onsite spa. The rooms are nicely done and the spa does a great job pampering. Heated mineral pool right beside the spa and also a regular unheated pool. Homemade breads and quiches for breakfast were excellent, and there was more on the menu. It's a small, intimate place with about 10 rooms. Highly recommend this place for a romantic weekend getaway. read more

I visited the White Orchid Spa on Friday 1/26/18. I had the Couples Spa package booked. Upon arrival we were greeted and taken care of by everyone we came in contact with! Changed into these great spa robes, had a hot stone 60 min massage which was AMAZING.. truly the most relaxing hour I've ever had! Then enjoyed a great spa lunch overlooking the ocean! The veggie quiche was delicious! The heated mineral pool was great and loved that they brought our champagne pool side for us to enjoy! We ended our visit with spa pedicures and those were amazing as well!! So attentive, so friendly and it truly was a great experience! I will definitely be visiting again! I felt like the princess and the pea- could not get comfy all night. Could barely move in the morning Guess some people might like a hard bed but I do not. Pillow top would have helped. Thank goodness for warm mineral pool to get into first thing in the morning. Main house is oceanfront but many rooms do not have view. Nice grounds. Delicious breakfast. Relaxing visit. This lovely B&B is located across from the ocean which is fantastic. Unfortunately for our stay it's rainy and windy and it was not supposed to be. But everyone says they need the rain so we understand. They have a nice set up for wine and cheese and fruit in the late afternoon. Breakfast is fantastic because you can order just about anything you want. They have lots of fruit juices coffee and tea etc. Our room was very nice although we had a sink that wouldn't drain. We did mention it to one of the girls but it still didn't drain properly. I think they need a plumber. Our room was nice and roomy plenty of storage plenty of places to sit wish I could stay here longer. The Decour is very modern and up-to-date and cheerful. I would love to take some of the pieces home with me. Also where you eat breakfast is pleasant and you can see the ocean depending which seat you pick.The staff were all excellent including the ones that make up your rooms. I was not impressed, had a first time facial and was really not wowed or relaxed after then proceeded to a pedicure which my tech was late to start and she just talked the entire time and i just wanted tonrelax, then a hand massage was supposed to be included in that and was left out, my friend that was with me her polish came off next day and was shellac , definitely would not return. read more

We enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese during the daily social hour(optional of course). The morning breakfast was fantastic!!! The coconut bread was excellent, as were the quiches and croissant french toast!! Shelly was the inn keeper who was super friendly and helpful in selecting restaurants and scheduling spa services for us. They have bikes and beach chairs for you to use, which was cool too. I really enjoyed my deep tissue massage. First massage I ever had and after it was over I was nothing but smiles. It felt great and my soul was uplifted. I'm definitely going back. What a wonderful piece of paradise on Flagler Beach. I found this place on Yelp while visiting relatives in Palm Coast and booked a couples massage. From the outside it didn't look like much and we weren't sure we were in the right place but once we walked in it was beautiful, smelled of essential oils and was very busy. We were offered water and waited only a minute for our two therapists to bring us back. The massages were wonderful, lots of special touches such as hot towels etc all at the right time. Very relaxing positive experience for both of us and we have gotten lots of massages over the years. After our massage they invited us to use their pools. We had an amazing stay at the White Orchid over a cold and dreary weekend in late January. Service was perfect, very helpful and informative without being on top of us. We arrived late do to a family emergency, but we called Wendy and she was very accommodating staying an extra 1/2 hour to meet and greet us and give us a tour. Stayed in the room upstairs, bed was super comfy with endless pillows. Spectacular view of the Atlantic from our private terrace out front. The Inn was full yet felt empty it was so quiet. We went for a couples massage at the spa Saturday morning. Very relaxing and both of the our therapists were great. Asked questions before they started to make sure we received what we wanted. Prices were reasonable. They have 2 pools, a regular one that we skipped as the air temp was in the 40's, and a heated (95 degrees) mineral pool that was change your life amazing. Breakfast was good, the homemade breads and orange cream cheese spread was amazing. They offer a variety of different egg dishes and omelettes to order. They also have great restaurant recommendations. Friday night was Island Grill that is a 5 minute walk from the Inn. Food was very good and very reasonable ($4 house wine!) priced. Saturday we drove about 20 minutes north up A1A to 386 in Palm Coast. Do this. Go here. For the love of God have dinner here. The food is amazing, one of the best meals I've ever had. It is noisy, not what I would call romantic and intimate but the food and service are so good it doesn't matter. The Inn is great, the spa is great, the local food is amazing. I took advantage of another mini getaway at the Inn. This week was great as I met so many nice people. The staff and the owners make this what it is...warm and an inviting place to relax. I enjoyed my massage with Rochelle as always! She really knows her stuff. Bev gave me a much needed facial and I topped off the week with a pedicure by Jamie. What is so great is you can get a spa credit (if you choose that option when booking) for your treatments for staying multi-nights. Brilliant idea. This Inn is so special because it is quiet, limited rooms, charming and also has a spa right next to it...oh and a rockin' mineral pool. My boyfriend and I had a 90 minute deep tissue couples massage and our therapists were amazing! They were professional, therapeutic and really addressed our issues. The front desk then offer to allow us to use there normal pool with jets and there heated mineral pool. This was a deeply relaxing and unexpected bonus. We love the White Orchid. At the end of December we visited for our fourth stay. It is so relaxing. Brunch is delicious every morning, with ocean views that are incredible. The beach is right across the street and they provide beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The mineral pool literally erases stress. A coffee shop next door is great for lunch or snacks. This year for the first time we rode the bicycles around town which was wonderfully fun. I would recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and relaxing stay. read more

The spa services were very adequate and accommodating for all types of guests. The breakfast service at the B&B was delicious and we were fed as much as we wanted. There are two pools one being a mineral pool warm and inviting. The other clean and refreshing.
