there was nobody in when I walked in not a big deal. I called ahead of time..... didn't have the OPI color that's very well-known no big deal. I picked another one..when I went to pay they said they don't take cards or the credit card machine was down which I should've told me when I walked in especially because there was nobody there.zz all honesty. I don't think that was true. They wanted me to use Zelle or Venmo and I said no I don't have it and I had to pay cash..... couldn't leave a tip cause I only had limited amount of cash.... Always leary a businesses who say their credit card machine is down, but don't tell you before they provide you the service to ensure that you can even pay. I came in at 4:45 trying to get a pedicure and a full set put on and they had one person in there and then 2 employees sitting down not doing anything and they told me no they didn't have enough time even though they close at 6:30. I went in on 05/23/2014 to purchase 2 gift certificates for my daughters for pedicures. On5/24/14 I took my daughters in for the service. We walked in and we were greeted by the owner which I think her name is Yun. She told us she could do everyone one by one I said ok. I told her my daughter wanted to do a full set instead of pedicure and me and my other daughter will have pedicures. She called my one daughter to come sit next to her where a male nail technician was. The man did not speak any english and my daughter wanted to express how she wanted her nails done so the owner translated. The male technician must be an apprentice because he took one hour and forty minutes to complete a full set that look like frankenstiens nails lumpy bumpy all different sizes and the nail polish job was awfull. My daughter was very dissapointed with them. When I went to give her the gift certificates for payment I let Yun know that she was not happy and she rolled her eyes and took a hard breath said let me look at them whats wrong! (While giving the biggest attitude) she then states I will fix with a loud voice and being deffensive. I was trying to be discreet but she began to walk away and stated I'll be back in fine minutes. At this point with her embarrasing me in front of other clients I said to her that she can forget it keep the money we dont want her to fix it with that attitude I was afraid she would purposely hurt my kids nailbeds. She screamed get out dont come back. I said dont worry I dont plan one ever coming back. My other daughter was drying her toes under the light and she told her just get out of here! The owner was very unprofessional. I believe her mother also works there and gave my daughter a very fast pedicure and didnt scrubb her feet well enough to leave them smooth. I will say this there was a techician that did know how to properlyperform a pedicureand that was Denise. I saw her technique and she gives you a true pedicure. read more
