I have been here three times now and have never left disappointed. The first time I came for a massage and facial which were both excellent. The second time Esly squeezed me in last minute for a 30 minute massage. Before coming in my back was in so much pain and it immediately started feeling better once I left. Patricia is a true professional. She listens to your specific needs and problem areas and has a plan to instant therapy relief. I've struggled and continue to struggle with low back pain including back surgery 5 years ago from a work related injury. Patricia not only has the ability to provide a very deep tissue massage but she uses scraping tools, cupping, CBD, hot stones and more to provide relief. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I started going to the spa on Yosemite 8months ago and it was the best decision ever be made. I was in a car accident 5 years ago were I injured my back pretty badly. I wasn't finding much relief either until i met their massage therapist Esly! I started my fitness journey 2 years ago and I kept running into a wall because my back would always tighten up. I would have to miss some days out of the week because of this. After going to Esly I get little to no pain now and just knowing how great of a massage I will be getting if my back dose tenses up is such a great help mentally. I would highly recommend getting a massage by her 10/10 for sure she knows what she is doing. I have visited many Massage Spas in the Central Valley area in almost most of the cities and I have to say, this is the absolutely best one I have been to. My masseuse was Lisa Flynn, she was the first masseuse I had ever been to who had actual knowledge, who had the desire to help and resolve my current state, my body is naturally so tight because I've spent many years wrestling, playing sports as well as being a workaholic with 2 jobs, so my muscles get tight like cement. This was the first time I have ever left a massage parlor ACTUALLY relaxed and no longer cinched up because of my muscles. I manage a Pain Management Clinic in Tracy so I go to many places testing out services from other facilities, and this by far would be my #1 suggestion from anyone who needs that right amount of pressure, who needs to be worked out properly. This woman has so much experience, and relaxation is on her agenda, she talks you through the first massage trying to help you sync your breathing to relax your muscles, it's going to be a little intense but absolutely worth it, definitely got money's worth on my massage, I'm 100% returning back. Also, just walking into the spa is relaxing, it's well lit, inviting, smells lovely, they are accommodating, the offer you a packet to fill out to see what your issues are rather than jumping into a massage they assess any medical condition you may have. I have a coconut allergy and they went through all of their products to make sure I wouldn't be in any harms way from anything they used which is so appreciative! I enjoyed my experience at the Spa on Yosemite for a self care day. I was searching for a place that did lash lifts and they are so rare to find as well as a prenatal massage. I booked my appointment with Haven who did a great job doing my lashes as well as waxing my eyebrows. I had my prenatal massage done by Christina who worked her magic hands by helping me relieve the tension in my shoulders. I left there feeling refreshed and relaxed. Sara is amazing. I've been seeing her for facials and my skin has never looked better. Currently having the micro current facial done. It is quick and painless. I've already begun to see small changes and I have only received 2 treatments so far. The spa itself is so cute inside. Very clean and welcoming.
