So the booking experience on mobile was a little clunky. I had some issues adding my appointment to the cart, and it looked like they were booked about two weeks out, which is hard for me to plan around in this season of life. I ended up reaching out to them, and they were really helpful getting my appointment scheduled. I was a little worried about parking beforehand, but they had plenty of customer parking reserved on the adjacent street right in front of the entrance, so that ended up being really easy. When you walk in, the space is set up so nicely. Everything was clean, thoughtfully designed, and felt high end without feeling intimidating. I really appreciated the overall spa atmosphere. I was excited to try Tracy Wellbeing Retreat because I've heard they're intentional about using organic and lower tox products. I booked a scalp treatment because I've always wanted to try one, so I knew that was the service I wanted to experience. The owner was training someone during my appointment, but they actually gave me a little extra time because of it. Based on my scalp type, the owner recommended a few products for me to use at home and even sent me home with a sample and an application brush for scalp masks. Overall, my experience felt very personal, comfortable in a scenario where I could've felt vulnerable. I was gifted a certificate for my birthday and decided to book a massage a few days after the Holidays. I got the Well-Being Swedish Massage, 90mins and enjoyed the service. The oils that they used smelled really good and my masseuse did a pretty good job. I had mentioned on my check-in sheet a few "problem areas" as it was one of the questions on the sheet and the masseuse told me that would mainly be focused with a deep tissue massage but she could apply a bit more pressure during my session. The building is cute, a little cottage-look and the interior is very calming and beautiful (I even liked their bathroom decor!). The massage "rooms" are only separated by a curtain so if someone else is on the other side, you can hear them. Though not loud or too disturbing, something to just be aware of. All in all I would definitely return to try out their other services! read more

Gems do exist in Tracy! And this is one of them. It's gorgeous inside and out, smells incredible and the services they provide are top notch. I made a late night appointment on a whim and they were ready to accommodate. The scalp detox treatment was wonderful and the perfect way to pamper yourself. The consult is informative and the process itself was relaxing. It met all the expectations I had from seeing their IG posts. I love when that happens. Parking is tricky. They're located off 11th but I recommend turning into the one way street from 10th instead. And although their location is a few blocks away from downtown it's close enough to make it part of your downtown outing. Just make an appointment first. Vibe is amazing very relaxing and cozy but you feel pampered I'll be going back. I originally booked for a hydra facial but was told to do dermabrasion instead to get the required results I wanted. I have dehydrated skin that's got a lot of closed comedones. It really helped my skin feel less clogged and I will be adding this place to my monthly maintenance list!! read more

I made an appointment for my lady and she absolutely loved it! The owner Marcella greeted the both of us immediately when we walked in and she was so sweet and kind it quickly made my lady feel much more comfortable just having a brief conversation with Marcella. The service she performed was a Head Scalp Ritual. My lady loved it and felt it was needed and she enjoyed the service, said she feels like her scalp is refreshed and the mini facial was great, the soft tissue massages and the dry brushing was great at the end and said she was relaxed the whole time and Marcella made her feel comfortable during the services and was thorough and experienced and in general made my lady not feel overwhelmed with the services performed.
