WOW. For a place with such great reviews, I am extremely disappointed with how my experience went for the first time. Let me start off by saying that I routinely go in to get Brazilian waxes and facials. I have been for the last 9/10 years, so I know first hand what the pain feels like. Even when I would wait about two months because my hair is pretty thin for the most part and it doesn't grow as fast. & when I would go after a few months, I never felt the kind of pain I did today. I won't throw any names under the bus, because my esthetician was nice.. but I would NEVER go back to see her again. I personally think she needs more experience in this department. I never cried so much or scream (literally) during a wax before. Instead of giving me a minute while my eyes were balling, she continued to apply more strips of wax on! Like c'mon now, give me a minute to get myself together. I never had an esthetician apply so many strips of hot wax (like 5) and then let it sit for so long, while tweezing away. As the hot wax stiffened, she continued to pull away.. slowly! I Felt every strand of hair rip off one by one. Moreover, I think she left one strip on an area for two long that when she tried to pull it off, she realized it was way to hard to pull off and at that point I was already squirming and squealing. So, she added more wax to attach to the same spot. Let me just say, IT DID NOT HELP. That section was going to hurt the same way no matter how much more wax she applied (3x) to be exact. This is not the end of it - she began to work on my rear, and omg it was just as worse.. that was the longest time I had to hold my knees to my chest to the point my legs were shaking. She said nothing. I swear she waxed that spot like 3 times, 3 TIMES. and after, she started to pluck?! No one has ever had to pluck on that side before. SO, I stopped her and said just leave it. I should have stopped her long before, but I am the type of person who thinks maybe it will get better. let me give her the benefit of the doubt. I was clearly wrong. I was sweating so much from anxiety, the towel I had wrapped around me was drenched. Moving on to the facial right after my Brazilian. Disappointed with how my wax went, I was hoping this facial was going to turn my experience into a positive one... Most places that I have gone to get facials, as a new client, we would first chat about my skin, any problem areas etc. She didn't ask anything, she just started straight away - applying products to mostly my chin and cheeks and chest, barely my forehead, nose, under eye, hot towel, wipe. Repeated this about 3 times with different stuff I assume. And I was done. Relaxing was nonexistent considering my entire private part was throbbing in agony. After she was done, I quickly got dressed went into the bathroom only to find a ton of product stuck in my hair. Normally, an experienced esthetician would put a towel head band to avoid this. & I checked my private area, a TON of hair strands still there front, and back. But I didn't want her to continue anyways. Overall, I give this place one star. Only because it's chicc and cute inside. That's it. Top worst Brazilian experience ever. read more

I got microdermabrasion on my by Haven and she did such a wonderful job! She's super sweet! My skin feels and looks absolutely amazing! It feels so soft and it looks like its glowing lol. I got my eye brows done and well as a facial done with her as well and she did a great job with those too! I had a lash fill this past Monday with Cynthia who is not warm in any way. What happened to good ole' basic customer service y'all? By Wednesday 3/4 of the lashes on left eye fell off. I've had lash extensions many times and for the first time my eyes burned like crazy Monday and Tuesday. I've never had eye burn at other places. I called them for a redo and they said next available Sep 19th. Went to their online reservations and guess what? The next available is TOMORROW! Liars! I asked for a refund and no response. Obviously, they are not interested in having me come back. Luckily, there are so many other places to get the same service. As a fellow business owner, I was flabbergasted by your response. Again, what happened to good ole' customer service? You're blaming the customer for poor work? Response to OWNERS message: Didn't the "expert" Cynthia spend tons of time cleaning my eyelashes? Why did they still fall out in one day? What does anything you said have anything to do with the lashes coming off one day? The "expert" Cynthia never said one thing about my horrible lashes and poor hygiene. Now I understand why she wasn't very warm. She was annoyed! Lol. I apologize for my lack of cleanliness as I have been undergoing chemo the past week. I was exhausted from treatment and maybe didn't take care of the lashes properly. But AGAIN, what does that have to do with the eyelashes lasting one day? Unfortunately, for you, customers will clearly see how to treat people who pay for service. Look no farther. This is your ONE stop Spa. Lash extensions by Sara and Morgan are just the most beautiful lashes I have had. I have had them done at 3 other places before comming here. They last 2 - 3 weeks, no clumping, no excessive lashes falling out, they even change it up if I want more a dramitic look. And my favorite....fills/touch ups are less than 45m. They are so accomidating with schedule changes too! If it's a massage you are looking for Julius is my favorite massage therapist, he really listens to my aches and pains. I have gone to the other ladies as well but just found a favorite.
