Very disappointed in their lack of attention to make this right. Instead a received a text saying that she consulted my daughter before doing the root smudge. Never were these words used and never did Rylie tell her this was an additional cost to whatever she supposedly did. Her hair doesn't even look different from when she went it. Crooks.

I sent a complaint via e-mail, but the manager just made excuses and basically told me I was wrong. I'd just moved to MP and was looking for a good stylist, but this was not it. Overpriced and under skilled.
