Honestly I saw that Sarah had Lucious curly hair in her profile and picked her immediately out of the line up. I booked this online, it was fairly easy and they do a good job of giving you updates and reminders. I did not do a good job of reading the full details upon arriving so I showed up on their first floor salon. I got checked in by a very lovely young hostess and she escorted me to the other location which was up the stairs and away from the main floor. I'm so glad she showed me because I would've been so lost! lol She offered me a glass of sparkling wine while I waited. Both salons were so cute and chic, the decor was exotic and exciting. I sipped on my Prosecco and was taken in shortly after. I got a wash and she conditioned my hair before cutting it. Then she took her gracious time to blow out all of my hair and even did some touch ups with her iron to put the finishing touches on it. My hair was feeling light, sleek and smooth! We conversed throughout my visit and she was very friendly, and beautiful! Everything cost $85 and I left a $20 tip! I thought that was a very reasonable price for the service provided. Instead of taking responsibility and making the situation right, the owner never followed up, and the matter was left unresolved. Based on the poor technical result, lack of customer care, and lack of follow-through from ownership, I would not recommend this salon. There are several other trusted salons in the area that can likely provide a much better experience than Lordis Loft, and I would strongly encourage clients to do their research before entrusting this salon with any technical color work.
