Not very good customer service, violating our consent, and forcibly retracting our sons penis against our wishes and assaulting him is cause for a 1 star review. I really liked Dr. Tim as he was very comprehensive with his information. He told us about himself, background, schooling, and personal experience with his own children. Two of his sons were preemies which made us very comfortable because we have one of our own. I am glad to know that he knows how we have felt and he understands the preemie condition. The staff was great as they were excited to meet us and very congenial. the one nurse went searching for a book to give us about the first year with a child. I felt like they welcomed us and claimed us in one visit. They have two waiting rooms, one for healthy children and another for sick. I am glad my wife pointed this out as we were leaving because I wouldn't have noticed it. We only had to wait 2 minuted before we were called back in. My daughter actually enjoyed her visit even her vaccinations. They have a sick hour from 8-9 AM everyday where you can stop in for an unscheduled visit in case you are worried about your sick child. The building is new which also makes this very nice. No problems with parking. I would recommend coming here as I have other friends who really like this office. They have at least 4 doctors, but I have only met our main doctor as of now.

The spinal injury left me with a weak leg and I was unable to walk. After three hours of physical therapy and occupational therapy per day for two weeks, I was able to walk with a walker and I'm now at home. (To the cat's great relief.) Following the surgery I was not allowed to bend or twist my back or to lean. The physical and occupational therapists helped me understand what I was capable of and taught me new ways to perform daily tasks using devices such as a reacher to pick things up and a tool to put socks on. Everyone was caring, helpful, and supportive.

That was kind of annoying, especially most people in the evening class are also working full-time during the day. It also created some confusion when one instructor told us one chapter to prepare for the next day but then the next day, the other instructor said we were supposed to go over & be tested on a different chapter. Other than that, I had a great experience and feel well-prepared.

We love the nurses (Nurse Lena is so wonderful), the front office staff (Susan), and our pediatrician Dr. Ataman. We have also seen the NP in the office on occasion and she has been wonderful. Dr. Ataman has a great attitude, and is willing to speak with me at length about something I may have questions about. Susan at the front pre-printed out garbage truck pictures for my son because she knows how much he loves them. It not only makes my son's day, but it warms my heart knowing everyone here cares for him. I've always seen them interact kindly with other patients as well. I would highly recommend this practice if you're looking for a new pediatric office.
